Description

The subject of the invention is an apparatus for mixing powdered substances with a liquid, made with a central open bottom diffuser with a propeller agitator for circulation of the batch and a second glass to create an annular slit around the diffuser.

The application of the proposed apparatus allows to obtain mixtures of uniform composition.

The peculiarity of the apparatus is that, in order to enhance the circulation of fluid through the annular gap, a paddle stirrer is installed on the same shaft, and to regulate the swelling of the mixed substances, the overflow box of the apparatus is equipped with a partition, the height of which may vary depending on the type mixed raw materials. The edge of the outer cup is set above the upper edge of the inner cup.

The apparatus is a hermetically sealed cylindrical vessel 1. with a tapered bottom 2. Inside the vessel / centrally mounted two open-bottom glasses: an internal diffuser 3 and an outer glass 4. forming an annular gap.

The edge of the outer cup 4 is installed above the upper edge of the inner cup 3 and divides the entire batch into two parts: a batch is formed inside the cup-diffuser 3, and the particles of the powdery substance swell inside the vessel /.

Inside the diffuser cup 3, a propeller stirrer 6 is mounted on the shaft 5 to circulate 3 mixed substances fed into the cup 3 from top to bottom. A paddle stirrer 7 is fixed on the same shaft below the circulation gap, directing the mixing from bottom to top and preventing the formation of sludge. The shaft 5 of the agitator is driven in rotation from the electric motor 8 through the gear 9.

On the side of the vessel / there is an overflow box 10 provided with a partition 11, the height of which may vary depending on the type of materials being mixed and serves to regulate the operation of the apparatus.

In the upper part of the vessel, under the blender mirror, brake flaps 12 are placed that prevent the formation of a surface funnel that creates the circulation of the batch in a diffuser 3.

The powdery substances through the pipe 13 and the liquid through the pipe 14 are fed inside the diffuser. on the circulating batch and entrained last in the bottom of the glass. In the annular gap between cups 3 and 4, the batch moves from bottom to top, forming a circulating flow of the batch, which flows through the upper edge of the glass-diffuser 3 into its interior. Part of the batch from the bottom of the glass-diffuser enters the vessel /, where the particles of the mixture along a helix rise up.
