Предлагаема конструкци сборного гребного винта может быть исполь зована на судах всех типов, включа суда специального назначени .This invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to propeller screws. A propeller containing blades is known, each of which is made with a flange and a shank mounted in a respective hub seat with guaranteed tension 1. However, this propeller has insufficient reliability and limited range of application. The lack of reliability lies in the fact that the design does not exclude the possibility of spontaneous extrusion of the blades. The narrow margin of tolerances on the clamp in the blade-hub joint increases the likelihood of its poor-quality manufacturing, and the lack of locks that preclude spontaneous extrusion of the blades, de. It is impossible to use the screw of this design on special purpose vessels. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of work and expand the range of application of the propeller. The goal is achieved by the fact that the propeller containing blades, each of which is made with a flange and a shank installed in the corresponding slot of the hub with guaranteed tension, is equipped with locking rings, and end flange grooves are made in the flanges of the blades and the hub, in which The indicated stop rings are installed for the fit. In this case, the hub in the zone of each end groove is provided with an annular drainage groove, and each of the locking rings has a longitudinal, threaded channel in communication with said drainage groove. The drawing shows a team propeller, a longitudinal section. The propeller screw contains a hub 1, in the landing slots 2 of which blades 3 are installed by a tight fit, containing a shank 4 and a flange 5. In the end grooves 6 of the flanges 5 of the blades and in coaxial axial grooves 7 with them are mounted on a tight fit clamping rings 8. The locking clamping rings 8 are provided with longitudinal through channels with a thread 9, which are connected to annular drainage grooves 10 at the ends of the hub 1. The shank 4 of the blades 3 has a through longitudinal channel with a thread 11. Assembly assembly It is carried out by thermal method. Disassembly of connections is carried out as follows. After the oil has been fed through the longitudinal through channels 9 into the annular drainage grooves 10 at the ends of the hub 1, the locking clamp rings 8 are removed. To press out the blades 3 from the hub 1, the oil is fed through the through longitudinal channel 11 to the end surface of the shank 4. End face the grooves allow the flanges of the blades with the hub to be fixed with the help of locking clamping rings installed in the end grooves of the flanges of the blades, and in the axial grooves aligned with them of the hub with guaranteed tension. The proposed design does not limit the dimensions of the flanges of the blades; it allows, if necessary, to significantly reduce the length of the hub. Locking clamping rings increase the reliability of the screw, completely eliminating the possibility of self-pressing of the blades, are easily removable and interchangeable. The proposed propeller design can be used on all types of vessels, including special purpose vessels.
