Description
The invention relates to methods for producing hydrocyclone apparatuses, in particular cylindrical bodies, which can be used in the chemical, metallurgical and other industries. A known method of manufacturing cylindrical body of hydrocyclones by mechanical boring of parts of a hydrocyclone from solid billets with further development of the inner conical surfaces and their final finishing. method of manufacturing a hydrocyclone body, including the formation of cylindrical and conical parts connecting them to each other and installing them on the inlet, drain and sand pipe bodies, the conical part of the body being formed by mechanical rolling 2j. The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of making the method of rolling thick-walled conical surfaces using the method of rolling , working on abrasive media and at high pressure. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor capacity and metal consumption in the manufacture of a body with a side surface of a complex geometric shape. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of manufacturing the cyclone hydra body, which includes the formation of cylindrical and conical parts of the cone, connecting them to each other and installing on the case of the inlet, drain and sand pipes, the conical part of the body is formed from spiral turns of wire, sequentially wound on a pre-made template of the corresponding form with tight preload of each subsequent turn to the previous one, then formed from turns of conical Some part of the body is removed from the template and inserted into the thin-walled continuous cypindrical casing, and the space between the conical part of the body and the cylindrical casing is filled with a liquid hardening mixture. In addition, cement slurry is used as a liquid hardening mixture. Figure 1 shows schematically a hydrocyclone with a conical surface; Fig. 2 is the same with an involute surface; Fig. 3 shows a template for making the body; 4 shows the process of making the case; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 4. The method of manufacturing hydrocyclones is carried out as follows. A template 1 (Fig. 3) is prefabricated, consisting of a working surface that geometrically repeats the inner surface of the conical part of the hydrocyclone body, two trunks 2 and 3, tips 4 and 5, and cotter pin 6. It is better to make the template from wood, because better than metal or plastic metal is attached. The left trunnion 2 has a slot 7, and the tip 4 has a hole 8. In the slot 7 and the hole 8, the end of the wire 9 is fixed, from which they form a conical part of the Cyclone. The tips 4 and 5 serve to install the template in the winding machine. The holder for adjusting the tension of the wire 9 consists of two plates 10 and 11 mounted in the holder 12 of the winding machine. The number of revolutions of the template 1 and the translational table of the holder 12 are selected in such a way that the wire is sequentially wound on the template with a tight preload of the turns. After winding the wire 9, the template 1 is removed, and the resulting cone 13 is installed in a thin-walled solid cylindrical casing 14, and the space 15 between the casing 14 and the outer surface of the cone 13 is filled with a liquid hardening solution, such as cement. This is necessary to stiffen the structure and to prevent slurry from leaking through the micro gaps between the turns of the cone. The surface which is embossed with the inner wavy surface only contributes to an increase in the efficiency of the separation of the suspension. Next, the conical part of the orbus is connected to the cylindrical body 16 and is mounted on the inlet body 17, the drain 18 and the sand 19 nozzles.
Example 1. For a hydrocyclone with a diameter of 80 mm, a conical part of the body of wire with a diameter of 3.2 mm in a wooden pattern is prepared by the proposed method. Then the casing is installed in a cylindrical casing with a diameter of 100 mm and the space between the casing and the casing is filled with cement. The production of the conical part of one hydrocyclone is carried out within 1.2 hours, while the production of a cone by boring takes 26 hours of working time.
П р и м е р 2. PRI mme R 2. In the proposed method, a hydrocyclone with a diameter of 150 mm is prepared. The time of manufacture of the cone made of wire with a diameter of 3.6 mm is 1.6 hours, and the manufacture in a known manner by boring is 46 hours,
Кроме того, способ характеризуетс малой металлоемкостью , простотой и значительно меньшим временем изготовлени .Thus, the method of manufacturing a hydrocyclone case allows the manufacture of hydrocyclones of virtually any diameter and with any complex geometric shape of the side surface. In addition, the method is characterized by low metal consumption, simplicity and much shorter production time.
