があつた。本発明は以上の実情に鑑み、パイプの端部を
偏心絞り加工した形状の成形品を長手軸方向の制約をう
けすに且つ安価な設備費用で成形加工する方法を提供す
ることを目的とし、その理論的要旨は、内壁面を口径部
とこの口径部に連なる碗状凹部とにより形成して絞り部
とした複数の金型の各碗状凹部の絞り角半径を変化させ
すに各口径部の直径を被加工物であるパイプの直径に対
して段階的に減少させるとともに前記パイプの中心軸に
対して前記各口径部の中心軸を段階的に偏心させた各金
型により、前記パイプの端部を順次プレス加工して被加
工物であるパイプの端部を偏心絞り加工することである
。以下本発明に係るパイプの偏心絞り加工方法の具体例
を示す図面を参照しながら説明する。
