Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, and more specifically to methods of connecting stranded cables when installing electrical installations, power transmission lines, etc. There is a method of permanently connecting multiconductor cables by preparing the ends of the connected cables with their subsequent welding and soldering. However, the method is labor-consuming and expensive. The closest to the proposed technical condition is the method of connecting the kabed veins, including stripping, stripping, and placing them in the connecting element, followed by determination. Aluminum or copper sleeves 2J are used as the connecting element. The manufacture of connecting elements from non-ferrous metals is a necessary requirement, and it is due to the fact that the connecting element in the method is a transition element between two connected parts and must have the same electrical conductivity as the cable cores. The purpose of the invention is to save non-ferrous metals.,. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method, including stripping, stripping and placing them. In the connecting element with the subsequent crimping, before placing the strands in the connecting element, the ends of the strands are folded in one direction, a thin-walled connecting element is used, and the crimping is performed along the axis of the bent ends of the strands. FIG. 1 shows a device for carrying out the proposed method; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3-5 stages of preparation of the ends of the cable to the connection; in fig. 6 - type of place connect
В резульатате такой опрессовки обеспечиваетс плотный , надежный контакт между жилами двух частей кабел .Fig 2 with partial cut-outs of the connecting element. A device for carrying out the proposed method consists of a base 1, with a matrix 2 fixed on it. In cavity 3 of matrix 2, punch 4 is placed with the possibility of longitudinal movement. Coaxially with punch 4 on base 1 is fixed with possibility of moving rusk 5 towards the movement direction of punch 4. the end face of the die 2 is made according to the diameter of the groove b for accommodating the end parts 7 of the nut 5 in it. On the proposed device, two parts of the stranded welding cable with a section of 70 mm are connected. The work is carried out as follows. The connecting ends 8 of the cable protect against insulation 9 over a length of 50 mm. Protected ends of the conductor with a length of 25 mm are bent at an angle of 90 to the axis of the cable Sfig. H). Having folded the bent ends together, they wrap a thin metal strip around them, forming a connecting element (sleeve) 10 (Fig. 4 and 5) around the protected ends, which prevents the cable cores from disintegrating. It is possible to put on the prepared ends a prefabricated thin-walled connecting element. The ends prepared in this way are inserted into the cavity 3 of the matrix 2, while having straight sections of the ends in the diametrical groove 6. Having pressed the breadboard 5 on one side and on the other side the punch 4, they start the pressure testing of the cable cores along their axis. In the process of crimping, a random interweaving occurs and the compression of the cores in the sleeve inside helps to fill the space between the cable cores. As a result of this crimping, tight, reliable contact is made between the two cores of the cable.
