4.11 The invention relates to devices for producing highly dispersed aerosols and can be used in medical, chemical, microbiological and other industries, in particular for treating plants, rooms, granaries, for mass vaccination of animals and birds, as well as inhalation chemotherapy. A highly dispersed aerosol generator containing a cylindrical tank with a tangentially installed inlet and coaxially located outlet nozzles and a chorus nozzles installed in the tank with a liquid supply system and rasaCi 3 is known. A disadvantage of this device is the additional supply of ventilated air to obtain the required dispersion of aerosols which leads to the complexity of the design and significant energy consumption. Closest to the present invention is a highly dispersed aerosol generator containing a cylindrical fluid reservoir with an outlet nozzle located in its upper part along the axis, and installed in windows on the side surface of the reservoir of the nozzle with pipeline C23. A disadvantage of the known device is the lack of adjustment of the positions of the nozzles / relative to the surface of the reservoir and the output piping, which does not allow controlling the dispersion of the spray and the production of the aerosol produced. The purpose of the invention is to control the dispersion of the spray and the performance of the generator. The stated purpose is achieved by the fact that. in the highly dispersed aerosol generator, which contains a cylindrical tank for liquid with an outlet nozzle located in its upper part along the axis and installed in windows on the side surface of the nozzle tank with a pipeline for supplying liquid and gas, the nozzle is rotatably mounted on the hinge support and provided with a lock her position. Figure 1 shows a high dispersed aerosol generator, a general view; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; FIG. 3 is a graph of the dependence of the amount of drop 7 of the aerosol droplet on the angle of rotation of the nozzle in the plane perpendicular to forming the reservoir. The highly dispersed aerosol generator contains a cylindrical tank 1 for a liquid with an outlet nozzle 2 located in its upper part along the axis and installed in windows 3 on the side surface of the tank 1 of the nozzle 4 s. pipelines 5 and 6 for supplying liquid and gas. The nozzle 4 is pivotably mounted on the hinge support 7 and is provided with a lock for its position. In the tank 1, the lower part is filled with liquid and separated from the spray chamber by an 8 perforated disk 9. The generator of highly dispersed aerosols works as follows. The gas flows through the pipelines 6 to the nozzles 4, ejects the pipelines 5 and sprays it into the chamber 8 of the tank 1. Since the nozzles 4 have the ability to turn around the hinge support 7, they can be installed in the tank 1 at a different angle, the projection of which the plane perpendicular to the formation of reservoir 1 is in the range of 0 6L, (Fig. 2). At chordal or tangential position, the nozzles 4 (O ° C d.,), Where the limit angle of rotation of the nozzles 4, is co. corresponding to the tangential position) the outgoing gas-jet plume forms a swirling flow. Once in this stream, large droplets are separated on the walls of tank 1 and flow into its lower part, and small drops are picked up by the upward flow and carried away through the outlet nozzle 2. The dispersed composition of the aerosol and generator performance depend on the speed of the swirling flow. Since the speed is determined by the position of the nozzles 4, by varying the angle of rotation of ° C, it is possible to control the dispersion and performance of the generator. As follows from the graph (Fig. 3), the deviation of the nozzles 4 from the radial position leads to a decrease in the maximum diameter of the droplets, and consequently, to an improvement in the dispersion of the aerosol. In this case, the smallest aerosol droplet size is achieved at the tangential position of the nozzles 4.
