4ik The invention relates to the study of the strength properties of materials and structural elements, and specifically to methods for determining the fatigue damage of a part. A known method for determining the fatigue damage of a structure during operation, which consists in measuring the change in voltage in the zone of the lowest fatigue strength of the structure, records the trajectory of the fatigue crack and, according to the results of tests, the court for fatigue damage to the structure 13. The disadvantage of this method is the difficulty associated with the use of special equipment for recording the trajectory of a fatigue crack. The closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result is a method for determining the fatigue damage of a part, which consists in measuring the stiffness of the part after operating time and by its value using the dependence of stiffness on fatigue damage for c. This core part determines the damage to the monitored part, while the test piece is loaded in one direction with a bend 2. A disadvantage of the known method is the low accuracy of determining the part fatigue damage when the direction of the main stresses is not known. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining the fatigue damage of a part for which the directions of the main stresses during production are unknown. This goal is achieved by that, according to the method for determining the fatigue damage of a part, which consists in measuring the stiffness of the part after operating time and by its value, using the dependence of stiffness on fatigue damage for the reference part, determine the fatigue damage of the tested part, measure the stiffness of the part in different directions, and the lowest stiffness value is used to determine fatigue damage. This makes it possible to take into account the anisotropy of the distribution of fatigue cracks in parts, oriented perpendicular to the direction of action of the main stresses, and thereby increase the accuracy of determining fatigue damage. The method is carried out as follows. The part taken as reference is subjected to fatigue loading. In this case, the loading is carried out in a known direction, the number of loading cycles is recorded, the stiffness is periodically measured in the direction of the highest principal stress, and the dependence of the rigidity of the reference part on the number of loading is taken, which is taken as a measure of fatigue damage. In the part that is controlled after the production time, for which the directions of the main stresses during processing are unknown, the stiffness is measured in different directions, the smallest value of fame is chosen, and the number of loading cycles is taken from the reference dependence, which is taken as a measure of damage to the part, comparing it with the number of loading cycles that the reference part can withstand until failure. Example. Plates 0.5 mm thick from steel 98 after quenching and low tempering are subjected to fatigue loading by exciting bending vibrations in simple and complex shapes. According to the results of testing the bending of plates in simple forms, when the direction of the main stresses is known, a tonal dependence of the rigidity of the plates on the number of loading cycles is constructed. After testing other plates, strips of 10 mm wide and 50 mm long are cut out in different directions from complex shapes. The strips are stretched, their stiffness is determined, the smallest sign is chosen: the stiffness of the strips is determined, and for this stiffness value, the reference curve determines the number of cycles, which coincides with the number of cycles recorded during loading of these plates. The result obtained serves to confirm the reliability of the results obtained by the proposed method for determining the fatigue damage of the part.
