1 The invention relates to the mining industry, and more specifically to the drilling of exploration wells, in particular, to devices for plugging absorption zones with separate delivery of components of the quick-hardening mixture. A cement plug is known, which includes a housing, working chambers for resin and hardener, a hollow rod and pistons 1. The closest to the proposed one. is a cement plug, comprising a housing, chambers for the main component and a hardener, separated by a partition, a slit and a mixing chamber with a mixing assembly with blades fixed on the shaft 2. A disadvantage of the known projectiles is the low quality of the mixing of the mixture, since in the working (mixing) chamber the components are actually only combined, and not mixed due to the absence of mixing elements. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of mixing of the mixture components. This goal is achieved by the fact that the backfill projectile, comprising a housing, chambers for the main component and a hardener, separated by a partition, a piston and a mixing chamber with a mixing unit with lobes attached to the shaft, is provided with a hollow stem r with an additional A part in the upper part connected with the possibility of rotation with a screw, which is located inside the hollow stem, connected with it by means of a nut and the lower part of which is rigidly connected with the shaft of the stirring unit, fixed a second septum sealing lip, and the rotor blades are arranged in the chamber for the main component. The drawing shows the grouting d, general view. The backing projectile comprises a housing 1, a hollow rod {drill pipe) 2, rigidly connected to. a piston 3, a screw 4, in the lower part of which there are fixed blades 5 for mixing the mixture, fixing unit 6, additional piston 7 and rotating screw nut 8. Projectile body 1, which is simultaneously a container for delivering the components of the mixture and preparing the mixture using a partition 9 and sealing cuff 10, divided into two chambers A and B. Chamber A is designed to deliver a hardener, and chamber B is for the main component (resin). Chamber B is at the same time the chamber of displacement (preparation) of the mixture, therefore its volume corresponds to the calculated volume of hardener and resin. The rod 2 passes through the fixing unit 6, which is rigidly connected to the body 1, and has an opening 11 at the lower end for the release of the washing liquid. The screw 4 in the upper part is connected to the ball bearing holder, made in the form of additional porsch 7, and is located inside the rod 2. The screw is rotated by means of a nut 8 embedded in the body of the ples 3. The lower end of the body 1 of the projectile is closed by a plug 12 of lightweight drilled material . The dividing wall 9 is also made of easily drilled material. It is fastened with hairpins, which are cut off during the discharge of the projectile. Cement sludge d works as follows. .The tamping projectile, previously filled with components of the tamponing mixture, is lowered to a predetermined depth in the well on the string of drill pipe. Then with the help of a flushing pump, a flushing fluid is fed into the drill pipe string. Under the pressure of the washing liquid, the piston 7 together with the screw 4 begins to move downwards. In this case, the screw gets a rotation due to the nut 8. At the same time, as the screw moves down, the sealing cuff 10 is displaced downwards, allowing the hardener from chamber A to enter chamber B. When moving downward, the screw at the end of which the impeller blades 5 are installed makes 25-30 turns (depending on the length) It is quite sufficient for complete and high-quality mixing of the components that make up the quick-hardening mixture. When the piston 7 reaches the lowest position, the screw 4 stops, which corresponds to the end of the preparation of the mixture and the beginning of the emptying of the projectile. At this moment, the holes 11 will open and the flushing fluid will flow into the cavity above the piston 3. When the pressure in this cavity increases due to the resultant force, the fixing unit 6 is activated and releases the drill pipe from pinching. With a further increase in pressure, the fixing unit 6, when mixed with the housing 1, begins to move upwards with respect to the rod 2 and the piston 3. As soon as the end of the housing 1 rises above the hole 3, the hole 11 will be connected to the well. At this point, the pressure of the flushing fluid drops sharply, indicating a complete emptying of the container from the cement mixture. The proposed cement plug design allows for an improved quality of cement mix preparation.
