Description

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to medical equipment for post-mortem examination. The anatomical table is known, which contains a base, a bed, a cap combined with hydraulic and pneumatic valves, a compressor and a reservoir for preservative 1. However, this table is designed for the preservation of the corpse and does not provide sanitary conditions and sufficient visibility during preparation. The closest to the invention is an anatomical table containing a frame, a perforated bed with a bottom, between which a channel is formed for communication with the ventilation system 2. It is disadvantageous that the necessary sanitary and hygienic conditions are not ensured during anatomical studies, since possible smell in the room. The purpose of the invention is to improve the sanitary and hygienic working conditions. The goal is achieved by the fact that the anatomical table containing a frame, a perforated bed with a bottom, between which a channel is formed — communication with the ventilation system — is provided with a stand with a console, inside which additional channels are formed, also connected to the ventilation system, with a cover with a lifting mechanism it and hatches for connection to additional channels in a raised position, while the mechanism for raising the cover is placed in the rack, and the hatches are equipped with flaps. The lid is equipped with mirror plates that are hinged at its side walls, and the upper part of the lid is made of transparent material. A locking device is located on the cantilever for engaging the edge of the lid in a raised position. The anatomical table consists of a bed 1, a perforated bed 2 with a bottom 3, between which a channel 4 is formed to communicate with the ventilation system 5, a support 6 with a console 7, inside which additional channels 8 are formed, also joined with the ventilation system 5, a cover 9 with a lifting mechanism 10 and manholes 11 for connecting to additional channels 8 in the raised position of the lid, while the mechanism for raising the lid is placed in the rack 6, and the hatches are fitted with flaps 12 (Fig. 1). The lid 9 is provided with mirror plates 14 pivotally fixed on its side walls 13, and the upper part of the lid is made of transparent material 15. A retainer 16 is placed on the console 7 for engagement with the edge 17 of the lid in the raised position (Fig. 3). On rack 6 there is a switch 18 regulating the operation of the table ventilation channels. Anatomical table works as follows. Before starting work, exhaust ventilation is turned on, sucked-off ventilated vapors and gases through the ventilation duct 4 are diverted to the ventilation system 5. Then the lid 9 is lifted using the lifting mechanism 10 located in the rack 6, the flaps are opened in the raised position 12 and the hatches 11 are aligned with the additional ventilation duct 8, while the lid is fixed with a fixed clamp 16. In this position, the table lid acts as an air umbrella, a reflector illuminating the area being prepared, reflector l images from the table surface for inspection by the whole group of stundents standing on both sides of the table. Depending on the number of students, the tilt angle of the mirror plates 14 on the side walls 13 of the lid is adjusted so that the reflection of the image on the mirror is at the level of the eyes of those present. during the preparation of the corpse, the ventilation channels 4, 8 and 5, which are regulated by the switch 18 on the table stand, are put into operation. Through the perforated bed 2, the flush liquid from the corpse collects in the bottom 3. After completion of work, cover 9 is lowered into the lower position on the perforated bed, the hatches 11 are closed with shutters 12, which ensures the storage of the corpse in the training room under the necessary sanitary conditions.
