The invention relates to compositions for strengthening rocks.
Sand-cement and cement grouting solutions are known, including cement, sand and water lj.
However, these solutions have low penetrating power and, moreover, are expensive.
2J .The closest to the invention in terms of composition and the result achieved is a cement slurry for strengthening the rocks, including cement, aggregate and water 2J.
However, the lime solution does not have sufficient penetrating power. In addition, the solution is expensive because it contains a large amount of cement in its oil. To penetrate this solution into small pores and cracks, one has to create considerable pressure, which can lead to a discontinuity of the array.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost, increase penetrating power and strength properties.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что тампонажный раствор дл упрочнени пород, включающий цемент, заполнитель и воду, дополнительно содержи известь и нейтрализованную кислую смолку, а 3 качестве заполнител используют молотый песок при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%;The goal is achieved by the fact that the cement slurry for hardening rocks, including cement, aggregate and water, additionally contains lime and neutralized acidic tar, and ground sand is used as a filler in the following ratio of components, wt.%;

Neutralized acid tar (ICS) is a waste from the processing of BCSM fractions (benzene, toluene, curamoron, styrene), containing 15–30% sulfuric acid, 15–17% benzene hydrocarbons, and 50–60% polymers of different composition. It is a plasticizer solution. Neutralization is carried out with a sodium hydroxide solution, Obtaining; the neutralized acidic tar product, dried at 105 ° C, is a dark brownish of the first color, easily crushable, and when dissolved in water, it regains its original properties.
The mortar is prepared in a consistent manner.
Materials (cement, lime, grind sand) are fed to weighing batchers, of which to a forced-action mixer, for example, type SKB-35. In parallel, water and X-meters are dispensed through liquid dispensers, then these components enter the intermediate tank. Initially, the materials are mixed for 3 minutes dry, then water and NCC are fed through the intermediate tank (stirring lasts no more than 4 minutes to give the mortar mixture of a given homogeneity),
С целью определени верхних и нижних значений компонентов, вход щих в состав тампонажного раствора, были проведены следующие испытани .In order to determine the upper and lower values of the components that make up the cement slurry, the following tests were carried out.
Prepared cementing solutions, the content of components in which is given in the table. The conditional viscosity of the solutions was determined using a VZ-4 type viscometer according to GOST 9070-59. To determine the penetrating power of the solutions, a method was used to determine the water resistance of all types of concrete according to GOST 12730.5-78, while the working fluid was solutions of the specified composition. For the tests, concrete samples were made - cylinders with a diameter of 150 mm and a height equal to the diameter. Samples were placed in a normal hardening chamber s and before the test they were kept for 24 hours in air. Then the samples were poured into metal cylindrical forms with an inner diameter of 155 mm and a height of the same size. The gap between the sample and the form was poured with molten sealing material (bitumen, paraffin) into the preheated form. The ends of the samples were brushed with a steel brush. The prepared samples were installed in a test device, in which a solution of various compositions was supplied to the lower surface under a given pressure. Observing the upper surface of the sample, the time when the solution began to seep through the concrete was recorded. The tests were started at a pressure of 0.1 MPa, and then it was increased by 0.1 MPa every 8 hours. At a pressure of 1, 2 f-ffla, the infiltration of the known solution began after 1.8 hours, and the proposed solution through 1.65 1.5 and 1.5 hours
