Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к нефтегазодобывающей промышленности, в частности, к способам ремонтно-изоляционных работ (РИР).The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular, to methods of repair and insulation works (RIR).
A known method of isolation of waterlogged oil reservoirs (patent RU No. 2224101, IPC EV 43/22, publ. 02.20.2004, bull. No. 5), including the injection into the reservoir of an aqueous suspension of a structure-forming substance - gypsum and an aqueous solution of a monovalent cation silicate. Chemical gypsum is used as gypsum - phosphogypsum, fluorogypsum, borogypsum, magnesia gypsum, gypsum gypsum, the monovalent cation is sodium, potassium, lithium, while this suspension contains chemical gypsum with a concentration of 2.1-7.5%, and the specified solution used with a concentration of 21-50%, and the injection of the specified aqueous suspension and aqueous solution is carried out simultaneously or sequentially.
The disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency of the method due to the low concentration of phosphogypsum in suspension - 2.1-7.5%, which does not form a dense plugging mass that can withstand pressure drops for a long time.
Closest to the technical nature of the claimed is the method of conducting RIR in conditions of large absorption (patent RU No. 2405926, IPC EV 43/22, publ. 10.12.2010, bull. No. 34). A rim of 1-3 m 3 of oil-acid emulsion is pre-pumped into the well, and then equal amounts of sodium liquid glass (liquid glass) and structure-forming reagent with a total volume of one cycle from 4 to 8 m 3 with an intermediate injection between them fresh water buffers. As a structure-forming reagent, a 50% aqueous suspension of phosphogypsum is used.
A disadvantage of the known method is the low efficiency of the method due to the fact that the pre-injected rim of the oil emulsion prevents the deep advancement of water glass and phosphogypsum suspension into the pores and fractures of the formation.
The technical objectives of the proposal are to increase the effectiveness of the RIR method, improve the plugging ability and harden the resulting cement stone using a structure-forming reagent.
Technical problems are solved by the method of repair and insulation works in the well, including the preparation and cyclic injection of a structure-forming reagent and liquid glass into an isolated interval.
It is new that pre-determine the injectivity of the isolated interval, as a structure-forming reagent use a suspension of ground anhydrite, prepare a suspension of ground anhydrite in fresh water with a water-hard ratio in the range of 0.8-1 and, depending on the injectivity of the isolated interval, pumped into the well from 1 to 15 cycles anhydrite slurry of ground glass and liquid in a volume ratio of 1: 1, each cycle includes 5.1 m 3 slurry of ground anhydrite with the addition of synthetic or basalt in windows in an amount of 6.1 kg per 1 m 3 of suspension anhydrite 0.5-1 m 3 of fresh water buffer, 1-5 m 3 water glass, then is pumped cement slurry, the mixing of portland cement grouting 2-5 tons, and allowed to the well is responsive for 24 hours, the diameter of the synthetic or basalt fiber being 10-35 microns, and its length 3-18 mm and it is added during the preparation or injection of the suspension of ground anhydrite.
15%.Ground anhydrite - a powder of odorless white-gray color, represents anhydrous calcium sulfate CaSO 4 . This is a slowly hardening binder, which, after mixing with water, gradually passes into two-water calcium sulfate (CaSO 4 ⋅ 2H 2 O), acquiring a high final strength. The degree of grinding is characterized by a residue on sieves with a mesh size of 0.2 mm of not more than 15%.
3.Liquid sodium glass according to GOST 13078-81 is a thick yellow or gray liquid without mechanical impurities and inclusions visible to the naked eye, with a density in the range of 1360-1450 kg / m 3 .
Synthetic fiber (CB) micro-reinforcing is a cylindrical polypropylene fiber.
Basalt fiber (BV) obtained from molten basalt rock.
1581-96.Portland cement grouting in accordance with GOST 1581-96.
3.Water with a density of 1000 kg / m 3 .
The essence of the method consists in preliminary determining the injectivity of the isolated interval, preparing a suspension of ground anhydrite by mixing it with water and adding CB or BV with a diameter of 10-35 microns and a length of 3-18 mm. Next, a suspension of ground anhydrite with fiber and liquid glass are pumped into the violation interval in an amount of 1 to 15 cycles through a buffer of fresh water, and the fiber is added to the suspension of ground anhydrite in the preparation process.
The setting time for ground anhydrite depends not only on the properties of the raw materials and manufacturing technology, but also on the amount of water introduced, the temperature of the binder and water, mixing conditions, the presence of additives, etc. In laboratory conditions, it was determined that the optimum water-solid ratio for injection into the well ground anhydrite is in the range of 0.8-1.0. It was found that the setting time of the suspension of ground anhydrite with such a water-solid ratio is at least 20 hours. Adding liquid glass to the suspension of ground anhydrite leads to its rapid curing, therefore, the injection of the suspension of ground anhydrite and liquid glass must be consistent and through a buffer of fresh water that prevents their premature setting. CB or BV added to the suspension of ground anhydrite, provide improved plugging ability and hardening of the resulting cement stone, thereby increasing the effectiveness of RIR. SV or BV as reinforcing additives create an elastic, elastic spatial structure in the injected water-insulating mixture, occupying the volume of the pore channels and overlapping them.
Laboratory studies found that the flexural strength of the cement stone obtained by the proposed method is higher by 10.6-12.8%, and the compressive strength by 12.4-14.4% than that of the prototype. The strength of the cement stone is increased by adding fibers to the cement grout containing a suspension of ground anhydrite and liquid glass. All this together provides an increase in the efficiency of the RIR method.
The implementation of the method is as follows. Raise underground equipment. The technical condition of the production casing is determined by crimping with a packer. Productive formations located below the insulated interval, overlap packer or sanding with the installation of a cement bridge. The entire volume of the well fluid is replaced with fresh water. Replacement with fresh water is necessary so that when the pressure rises above the permissible during the pumping and subsequent undocking of the planting device from the packer, the liquid glass located in the tubing does not mix with mineralized water in the annulus.
Next, the injectivity of the isolated interval is determined by pumping at least 6.0 m 3 of fresh water. The wellhead is equipped with a sealant. The injection line is pressure tested at a pressure 1.5 times higher than the expected working pressure, but not less than 15 MPa. The tubing string is filled with fresh water by injection. Through the tubing string, 1-5 m 3 of suspension of ground anhydrite, 0.5 m 3 of fresh water, 1-5 m 3 of liquid glass, 0.5 m 3 of fresh water are sequentially pumped into the isolated interval. In the process of pumping into a suspension of ground anhydrite, CB or BV are added at the rate of 1-6 kg per 1 m 3 of suspension. This injection cycle is repeated 1-15 times, the required number of cycles depending on the injectivity is indicated in the table.
Download continuously. At the end of the cyclic injection of the suspension of ground anhydrite with the addition of CB or BV and liquid glass, a cement slurry mixed from 2-3 tons of Portland cement cement is pumped into the well, and the well is left to react for 24 hours.
3.The choice of the volume of the suspension of ground anhydrite and liquid glass in the range from 1.0 m 3 to 5.0 m 3 is determined as follows. When pumping each subsequent cycle, which includes the sequential supply of a suspension of ground anhydrite, a buffer of fresh water and water glass to the tubing string, it is impossible to accurately predict the point in time when, due to the clogging of the isolated interval, the pumping pressure will increase to a value that excludes further pumping. In the event of a pressure increase, usually the grouting composition located in the tubing string is, until the last opportunity, tried to push the process fluid into the insulated interval. Moreover, under conditions of increasing pressure, the probability of pushing the cement slurry remaining in the tubing string significantly increases if the tubing contains only a suspension of ground anhydrite or only liquid glass. If a suspension of ground anhydrite and liquid glass remain at the same time in the tubing string, then when mixed in the insulated interval, they solidify, and an additional volume of matting mass is created, which contributes to an increase in pressure. If only a suspension of ground anhydrite or only liquid glass remains in the tubing string, then pumping them separately does not cause additional formation of a clogging mass, respectively, the probability of their squeezing out of the tubing increases. The optimal conditions for forcing the remainder of the contents of the tubing string are created if the volume of the suspension of ground anhydrite or liquid glass is equal to or greater than the volume of the tubing string. If the volume of the suspension of ground anhydrite or liquid glass is less than the volume of the tubing string, conditions are created for the formation in the column of not one, but two contact boundaries of the suspension of ground anhydrite and liquid glass. In this case, the probability of pushing the contents of the tubing string into an isolated interval will decrease. Given the above and the fact that most often the volume of the tubing string for injection is in the range from 1.0 to 5.0 m 3 , the volumes of the suspension of ground anhydrite or liquid glass in the range from 1.0 to 5.0 m are appropriately selected 3 .
A suspension of ground anhydrite is prepared using the UNB-125 × 50CO grouting installation or using cement mixing and cementing units at the same time. When preparing the suspension, the ratio of the volume of water in cubic meters to ground anhydrite in tons is taken in the range from 0.8-1.0 to 1: 1. The density of the resulting suspension is 1495-1525 kg / m 3 . To prepare a suspension of ground anhydrite using fresh water without any additives with a temperature of 20-22 ° C. The setting of the suspension of ground anhydrite in fresh water at a temperature of 20-22 ° C with continuous stirring is at least 20 hours. When the suspension of ground anhydrite is mixed with liquid glass, the mixture instantly solidifies completely.

Ground anhydrite is discharged by a hydraulic manipulator into the hopper for dry binders of the UNB-125 × 50CO installation. Fresh water with a temperature of 20-22 ° C is collected in a mixing tank UNB-125 × 50CO. Create a circulation (mixing) of water in the tank. Dry ground anhydrite is fed into the water with constant stirring by a screw feeder from the hopper. After supplying all the ground anhydrite, the solution is mixed in the mixing tank of the UNB-125 × 50CO unit until the density of the solution is equalized for approximately 5-10 minutes. Then, in small portions, it is gradually fed into the mixing tank of CB or BV, the solution is mixed for 5-10 minutes, after which the solution is used for pumping into the well. The finished solution is continuously mixed until completely pumped into the well. If it is necessary to prepare a larger volume of the suspension, the operations are repeated the required number of times.
An example of the preparation and injection of a suspension of ground anhydrite using a cement mixing unit and a cementing unit.
The mixing of ground anhydrite with water to prepare the suspension is carried out similarly to the preparation of a cement mortar. Ground anhydrite is loaded into the hopper for a dry binder cement-mixing unit. From the hopper, the ground anhydrite is fed by a screw to the mixing block of the cement-mixing unit, where water is pumped at the same time by the pump of the cementing unit, the ratio of the volume of water in cubic meters: ground anhydrite in tons can withstand 0.8: 1, respectively. From the mixing unit, the resulting suspension is fed into an intermediate tank (chan). SV or BV are gradually added to the chunk in small portions at the rate of 1.25-7.5 kg per 1 ton of ground anhydrite (1-6 kg per 1 m 3 of ground anhydrite suspension). The resulting suspension from the chunk is pumped into the well.
A cement mortar mixed from 2–3 tons of cement slurry is pumped sequentially into the tubing at a water-cement ratio of 0.5 (for cement grade PCT) or at a water-cement ratio of 0.44 (for cement brand G). The injected reagents and cement slurry are pressed by pumping fresh water into the tubing in an amount equal to the tubing volume minus 0.2 m 3 . A control flush is carried out to clean water by pumping fresh water through the annulus in a volume of at least 1.5 times the volume of the tubing string, and then the tubing string is lifted from the well. Leave the well at the time of structuring the waterproofing composition and waiting for the hardening of Portland cement cement for 24 hours
