Предлагаемый преобразователь может использоватьс в магнитной дефектоскопии дл контрол качества термической обработки и при многослойном контроле изделий в автоматизированном производстве .I The invention relates to non-destructive testing and can be used to control the depth of surface hardening, hardening, the detection of cracks and their direction as well as the magnetic and inhomogeneity of parts of a ferromagnetic material. St. No. 1010537 is known an invoice electromagnetic transducer, the contents of the U-shaped magnetic conductor, exciting and measuring windings, in which the magnetic conductor is made of 3-10 U-shaped elements, installed one 5 by the other and separated around the perimeter by non-magnetic gaps, the exciting winding covers all elements , the number of measuring windings corresponds to the number of elements of the magnetic circuit, and each winding covers one element, and the total width of the pole of the composite magnetic circuit is greater than the maximum value troliruemyh depth of the hardened layer, defect or magnetic inhomogeneity SP. However, the known converter does not allow the coordinates of defects and cracks to be determined without scanning the surface of the test piece, which reduces the speed and reliability of the converter. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and performance of the control. This goal is achieved by the fact that the invoice electromagnetic transducer is equipped with an additional magnetic core identical to the first one and installed at an angle of 90 so that the symmetry axes of the magnetic cores coincide, and the elements of one magnetic circuit are installed in the gaps between the elements of the other, additional measuring windings, each of which covers There is one element of the additional magnetic conductor, and an additional excitation winding, covering all the elements of the additional magnetic conductor and In an alternate sequence with the exciting winding of the main magnetic circuit. Figure 1 shows the transducer magnetic circuit, side view; in fig. magnetic circuit, top view; the location of the exciting windings; Fig. 3 is a circuit for connecting measuring windings to a converter. 3 The invoice electromagnetic converter contains two U-shaped magnetic conductors at an angle of 90, consisting of elements 1-3 and 4-6, respectively, separated around the perimeter by non-magnetic gaps 7 and 8, exciting 9 and 10, and measuring 11-13 and 14-16 windings. The measuring windings are located in the gaps 8 and 7 and cover elements 1-6, the excitation windings 9 and 10 consist of two halves, connected according to each other and cover all elements of HR and 4-6, respectively. The number of measuring windings 11-13 corresponds to the number of elements 1-3 of the composite magnetic circuit, and the number of measuring windings 14-16 is equal to the number of elements 4-6. Each winding 11-16 covers one element 1-6, and the total width of the poles of the composite magnetic cores is greater than the maximum depth of the hardened layer, the defect or magnetic inhomogeneity of the test article 17. The converter works as follows. The converter is mounted on the surface of the controlled product 17 and, for example, along one of the exciting windings, along the winding 8, the current is passed through nepei eHHbrii. At the same time, the magnetic flux closes through the elements 1-3 of the composite magnetic circuit and certain areas of the monitored product being induced in the measuring windings 11-13 depend on the magnetic resistance of these sections, namely the magnetic properties of the product, the length of defects, the direction of cracks and other inhomogeneities, at different depths. This information is memorized or recorded by an appropriate recording device. After that, the current in the exciting winding 9 is exhausted and supplied to the exciting winding 10. The magnetic flux is closed through the elements 4-6 and the same areas of the tested product. However, the remagnetization of the product is performed in a direction perpendicular to the original direction, since the composite magnetic circuit with elements 4-6 is located in a plane perpendicular to the plane in which the magnetic circuit with elements 1-3 is located. Moreover, the lines of force of the magnetic flux passing through elements 1 and 4, rokhod t at one depth, through elements 2 and 5 pass through a different depth, etc. In the measuring windings 14-16, an emf arises, the magnitude of which is equal to the magnetic properties of the corresponding sections of the product. Since the field is scattered from a defect or crack depends on it. the length, direction and depth of the magnetic resistances of the monitored areas depend on these parameters. Thus, by reversing the product in two perpendicular directions and comparing the signals from the windings M1-12, 12-15, 13-16, one can judge the size, direction and location of the defects. The invention makes it possible to increase the speed of control, since the transformation of the controlled products in two perpendicular directions is carried out without moving or turning the converter. Comparison of the signals obtained by dp of the same depth, but for a different direction of magnetization reversal, makes it possible to judge the magnitude and direction of defects and cracks, which increases the reliability of the product quality control. The proposed transducer can be used in magnetic flaw detection to control the quality of heat treatment and in multilayer inspection of products in automated production.
