1 приведены соотношени адгезивного состава.: o The invention relates to laminated packaging materials, intended for the packaging of various products of the national economy, in particular for light-shielding and hermetic packaging of chemical photographic products. A layered material for the packaging of alkaline and nl-containing fixed compositions containing sequentially paper, an alloy of lead, tin and cypbhod foils, an adhesive layer and a polymer coating, the adhesive layer made of polyester and a polymer coating of perchlorovinyl resin L are known. The lack of material - low physico-mechanical and operational properties. The closest in technical essence and achievable positive effect to the present invention is a laminated packaging material containing paper, apkiminium foil with a polymer coating and an adhesive layer, the latter being located between the paper and the foil and the polymer coating and adhesive layer made of oxidized polyethylene C2. The lack of material - low operational properties. The aim of the invention is to improve the performance of the material. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the laminated packaging material including layers of polystyrene, aluminum foil, a substrate and an adhesive layer located between the latter and the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is made of a composition that includes, in weight: an isoprenstyrene 100-160 glycerol ester thermoplastic 130 -190 Lanolin 16-22 and additionally the same layer is contained between polyethylene and aluminum foil, and the substrate is made of polyethylene terephthalate. In the process of manufacturing a layered material, the following components are used: polyethylene film 40 microns thick (according to GOST 10354-73 aluminum foil (according to GOST 70. 2 745-79), polyethylene / terephthalate film (PET, polyester) -STC 4K129-77 thick 11-12 µm, glue based on IST-20 thermoplastic elastomer and target additives. Example: A high-performance machine equipped with three adhesive sites, a caronator, winding and unwinding units, and a drying chamber make samples of the proposed packaging material. is applied with an adhesive applied from a solution using a raster roller. The adhesive is 10–18 g / m. The resulting double material is applied to the foil on the next node, passes through a drying channel and is pre-polyethylene bonded before winding. into the laminated material at the same time in one technological cycle (run). The material compounding speed is 35-40 m / min. The following samples were subjected to tests. Samples 1–3 is a proposed new laminate, manufactured with the use of an adhesive made with a minimum, optimal and maximum ratio of ingredients. Since the raw materials (polyethylene terephthalate film (PET base) 11-12 µm thick, aluminum foil 13-15 µm thick, polyethylene film 40-42 µm thick) are produced in industry and their thickness is limited by the corresponding regulatory documentation (GOST or TU) This variable parameter in the manufacture of a laminate is the thickness of the adhesive layer, which is controlled either by weight of the applied adhesive - 10-18 g / m% or by thickness of the applied dry adhesive layer - 2-8 microns. Samples 4-6 - the proposed new laminate, made with different thickness of the adhesive layer. Sample 7 - control (known). In tab. 1 shows the ratios of the adhesive composition.
