The invention relates to structural elements of devices for grinding materials and can be used in the design of hammer mills with reduced noise levels. Hammer crushers are known that are intended for grinding various ores and charge materials consisting of a hull, a rotor with milk, and a grate. The body of the hammer mill is made of steel sheets and has a receiving funnel, covered with steel lining and a support plate, on which is mounted a baffle plate of wear-resistant steel. The support plate is rigidly connected to the removable body shell and the plunger plate C is rigidly attached to it with the help of bolts. A disadvantage of the known structure of the crusher body is that the rigid connection between the baffle plate and the lining of the receiving hopper with the housing leads to the transmission of intense shock loads to case. When this happens, radiation of increased levels of noise occurs, both by lining and a fender plate, as well as by the body of the Crusher. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a hammer crusher, which includes a rubber lining receiving funnel, a slab with a support plate and an elastic gasket between them and a C 2 pick plate suspension mechanism fixed on the hatch. The efficiency of the elastic hammer is low pads in the range of low and medium sound frequencies. The latter is determined by the fact that in case of the fastening of the fender plate it is not possible to sufficiently effectively isolate the transfer of impact by elastic gaskets of acceptable thickness. The purpose of the invention is the appearance of effective noise absorption. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a hammer crusher, including a housing, a receiving hopper with rubber lining, a fender plate with a supporting plate and an elastic gasket between them and a fender plate suspension mechanism fixed to the hatch, the suspension mechanism is in the form of rods pivotally connected by their ends with a support plate and a sliding hatch, with dotted damping devices mounted on both sides of each rod. FIG. 1 shows hammer crusher, general view; in fig. 2 variant of fastening of the base plate and the baffle plate; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 2. Hammer crusher includes a housing 1, a feed hopper 2 with rubber bars 3, a hinge cover 4, an articulated-elastic unit 5, a support plate 6, an elastic gasket 7 with a rubber-metal washer 8, and a baffle plate 9. The articulated-elastic mounting consists of brackets 10 , elastic strips 11 with lugs 12, point shock absorbers 13, made in the form of cylindrical rubber rods with hemispherical ends, placed in the holder 14. The device operates as follows. With the blows of the crushed material on the baffle plate 9, there is some displacement in the horizontal plane. The elastic strips 11 are deflected from the vertical position, and then bend when in contact with the shock absorbers 13. The system formed by deflecting and bending the elastic strips together with the mass of the supporting and breaker plates effectively weakens the transfer of the crushed material to the crusher body. This makes it possible to reduce the transmission and emission of impact noise in the low and high frequency range. The noise reduction in the medium and high frequency range is due to the insulating properties of the gasket 7 and rubber-metal washers 8. Thus, the invention improves the noise absorption efficiency.
