ению с известным в 2 раза при конверсии исходного 2,6-ди-трет-бутилфенола 70-75%, исключить побочные процессы диспропорционировани и изомеризации, а также упростить технологию процесса за счет исключени катализатора.-chO The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 2-tert-butylphenol, which is an intermediate product in the synthesis of thermo-ester of polymeric materials. A known method for producing 2-tert-butylphenol by alkylating phen-la with isobutylene in the presence of 25% by weight of aluminum phenol at 90 x O C for 2 to 3 hours. Under optimal conditions, the yield of 2-tert-butylphenol n exceeds 70% by reacted phenol ij. The disadvantages of this method are the relatively low yield of the target product and the need to clear the reaction mixture before separating 2 tert-butylphenol from the catalyst since the presence after the second causes the process of isomerization of the target product to a thermodynamically more stable 4-tertbutylphenol. A known method for producing 2-tert-butylphenol by ortho-alkylation of phenol without a catalyst at a high temperature. The process is carried out in an autoclave, heating the phenol and isobutylene {the molar ratio of phenol-isobutylene is 1: 1.6) for 2 h at 316330 ° C and a pressure of 114-183 atm. The yield of 2-tert-butylphenol is 2434% based on the starting phenol 2J. The disadvantages of this method are the low conversion of phenol and the need to work at high temperatures and pressures. The closest technical solution to the invention is the method of preparing 2-tert-butylphenol by dealkylation of 2, b-di-tert-phenol at 70-190 ° C in the presence of 0.5 wt.% Sulfuric acid. The optimal dealkylation conditions for 2,6 di-tert-butylphenol are 130 ° C with a contact time with sulfuric acid of 20-30 minutes. In order to avoid the disproportionation and isomerization processes, the reaction mass must be thoroughly washed from sulfuric acid before the separation of 2-tert-butylphenol. Although the conversion of 2.6 di-tert-butylphenol under these conditions is 70-90%, the desired 2-tert-butylphenol does not exceed 2427% 3. The disadvantages of this method are low selectivity of the process. And the yield of the target product, as well as the need to wash the reaction mixture from the catalyst, which leads to the complication of the process technology. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of the target 2-tert butylphenol and simplify the process. The goal is achieved with. according to the method of producing 2-tert-butylphenol by dealkylation of 2.6, di-tert-butylphenol at 290-330 ° C for 12-24 hours. At the same time, the yield of the target product reaches 70% or 91% for the reacted 2,6- di-tert-butylphenol. The table shows data explaining the choice of temperature and time of the process. As can be seen from the table, the most optimal temperature for the di-tert-bottling of 2,6di-tert-butylphenol is the temperature of 300 ° C. The decrease in temperature leads to a significant decrease in the yield of the target product due to its unresponsive 2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol. Increasing the temperature to 310 C leads to a sharp increase in phenol in the reaction mixture. Example 1. 500 g of technical (98%) 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol are loaded into a 1.5 liter reactor, heated to and held at this temperature for 24 hours. The resulting reaction mixture contains 400 g according to GLC, wt.%: 2-tert-Butylphenol70,02, b-di-tert-butylphenol24.0 Phenol 6.0 The reaction mass is subjected to fractional distillation in a vacuum and 252 g of 69% of theory are added, upon entering into the reaction 2.6 - butyl phenol} of the desired product (97% purity by GLC). T 48-50s / / 0.5 mm Hg Example 2. 10 g of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol are loaded into a glass ampoule, sealed and kept at 290s 12 hours. 8.8 g of an oil of composition, wt.% (GLC): 2-tert-Butylphenol59, 0 2 , 6-di-tert-butyl (1-enol 40 The pellet product is isolated by chromatography on silica gel (eluent hexane diethyl ether 3: 1); 4.2 g of 2-tert-butylphenol are obtained (58.5% of theory or 91% based on the amount entered reaction of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol) and 3.5 g of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol. The implementation of the invention allows to increase the yield of the desired 2-tert-butylphenol by comparison with the known 2 times when converting and the starting 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol 70-75%, eliminate the side disproportionation and isomerization processes and to simplify the technology of the process by eliminating the catalyst.
