Описываемый прибор лишен указанных недостатков благодар  тому , что дл  определени  магнитного азимутального угла искривлени  скважин примен ютс  два шпил , лини  между которыми совпадает с направлением магнитного азимута .The described device is devoid of these drawbacks due to the fact that two spiers are used to determine the magnetic azimuthal angle of curvature of the wells, the line between which coincides with the direction of the magnetic azimuth.

Прибор состоит из цилиндрического корпуса /, в который вставлено кольцо 2, в центре которого помешаетс  свободно движушийс  отвес 5. На верхний острый конец отвеса 3 установлен алюминиевый патрон 4 с магнитной стрелкой.
