Это исключает неравномер:ность износа по наружной поверхности корпуса 1 и повышает его долговечность Технико-экономическа эффективность от внедрени изобретени заключаетс в снижении затрат на протекторы дл насосных штанг при обеспечении защиты насосных труб от протиранн .The invention relates to a technique for extracting a production fluid, mainly oil, from wells by sucker-rod deep-well pumping units. A protector for sucker rods is known, comprising a body with a beveled outer surface along its ridges, ribs on the outer surface and a protrusion to be placed in the bore of the coupling. on the outer surface of the coupling with the possibility of rotation ij. The disadvantage of this tread is that the axial location of the grooves (ribs) and, consequently, of the channels for the passage of fluid does not guarantee that the tread housing will rotate relative to the coupling and the column of pump tubes due to the effect of the tread box friction forces on the inner walls of the pump tubes and passing the pumped liquid through the canals between the pores, which causes an uneven wear-and-outer surface of the tread body and its premature failure. . The closest technical solution to the invention is a protector for sucker rods, made in the form of a cylindrical body (Bagraban) with spiral grooves on the outer surface, loosely mounted on an axis, having an external rod thread at protruding ends from the body for connecting with couplings rod columns 2. The disadvantage of the known tread is due to the fact that the turning of the tread casing under the action of the passage of fluid through the screw grooves and the friction of the outer surface of the housing against the walls of the pump tubes during the course of the rod string upwards occurs by the same amount as during the down stroke, therefore certain wear is sector of the outer surface of the body, .a not all of its surface. The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the protector by providing the liver with uniform wear of the body. This goal is achieved by the fact that the protector for sucker rods containing a sleeve on which the body is installed with spiral grooves on the outer surface is equipped with a spring with springs and a sleeve. The cab is made with wedge grooves, in which spring-loaded rolling bodies are installed with the possibility of interaction with the body. FIG. 1 schematically shows a projection for sucker rods; in FIG. 2, section A-A in FIG. 1. The protector for the pump rods is made in the form of the case 1 with spiral patches on the outer surface, loosely mounted on the sleeve 2, at the ends of which a rod thread is made for connection with couplings of 3 columns of the pump rods. On the cylindrical surface of the sleeve 2, enclosed inside the body, there are wedge grooves 4 in which rolling elements 5 are mounted, pressed against the inside of the body with the help of springs 6. The protector for sucker rods works as follows. The protector is installed at the right place in the sucker rod string. During the reciprocating movement of the column of rods, the protector together with the rods moves in the column of pump tubes. At each stroke of the rod string, for example, down the tread body 1, moving relative to a stationary liquid column and pump tube walls in contact with the body, rotates around sleeve 2 (for example, clockwise through an angle smaller or larger than 360 but not equal and not multiple 36 0, since the rolling bodies 5, by the force of the rolling friction on the surface of the housing 1 and the wedge grooves 4 on the sleeve 2, exceeding the resistance of the springs b, move into a wide part of the linear grooves 4 and do not prevent the rotation of the housing 1 wok. 2 by tanga The social component of the friction sliding force of the housing 1 against the walls of pump tubes, resulting from the slope of the grooves on the outer surface of the housing 1 to the tread axis. When the boom string returns, for example, the tangential "dragging force of the housing 1 against the walls of pump tubes has an opposite direction (for example, counterclockwise) and tends to rotate the casing 1 AROUND the tread axis in the appropriate direction, however, the rolling bodies 5 under the action of the force of the springs b and the sigal of rolling the rolling bodies about inside nyuyu surface of the housing 1 and the surface of the V-grooves 4 of the sleeve 2 coincides with the direction of action of the force of the spring 6, wedged into the grooves 4 between Corus 1 and sleeve 2. This prevents the rotation of the body 1 relative to the sleeve 2 of the rod string and pump tenok rub-b. Thus, during the forward stroke of the column of pump rods, for example, the housing 1 rotates relative to the walls of the pump tubes by an angle not multiple and when the column of the pump rods reverses, for example, upward the housing 1 does not rotate relative to the walls of the pump tubes. This ensures equal abrasive impact of the walls of the pump tubes on all elementary areas of the working surface of the tread housing 1. This eliminates uneven wear on the outer surface of the housing 1 and increases its durability. The technical and economic efficiency of implementing the invention is to reduce the cost of the treads for pump rods while ensuring the protection of pump tubes from worn out.
