The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to methods for producing ingots by directionally solidifying a metal in a mold. Known for the method of casting directional solidification, including the evacuation of the chamber, heating the mold, the melting of metal in it and the solidification of the casting. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a method for obtaining casts, including heating the mold, pouring the melt into it, evacuating the chamber, creating in it an excessive gas pressure, layer-by-layer solidification of the ingot and depressurizing the chamber in iz. These methods are low physico-mechanical properties of crawled ingots due to gas porosity and heterogeneity, structure and low yield, because the profitable part of the ingot is cut off and goes to remelting . The purpose of the invention is to improve the physic-mechanical properties of the metal and increase the yield. This goal is achieved in that according to the method of producing ingots, which includes heating the mold in the furnace, pouring the melt into it, evacuating the chamber, creating an excessive gas pressure in it, layer-by-layer solidification of the ingot and relieving the pressure in the chamber after complete solidification of the ingot, after evacuating the chamber, purge with an inert gas under pressure up to 0.15 MPa and when the metal reaches a temperature of 0.85-0.9, the liquidus temperature is again heated to a temperature 20-150 C higher than the liquidus, increase the gas pressure to 1.2-5.0 MPa, and layer-by-layer solidification of the ingot is carried out under a pulsating gas pressure at a constant temperature of the near part, and the amplitude of the gas pressure pulsation is held within the limits of: From 1 The live where K is the pulsation coefficient equal to 0.1- 0.15. The method is carried out as follows. The melt of nonferrous or ferrous metal is poured into the form With the overheating preheated to the crystallization temperature. To compensate for heat losses from transportation and pouring of the melt. Next, the installation is sealed, evacuated, and the chamber is purged with an inert gas for 2–20 minutes under pressure to 0.15 MPa while simultaneously lowering the temperature to 0.85–0.90 temperature of the liquidus alloy. During purging, the melt is cooled with gas evolution. Then the metal is overheated by 20-150s above the crystallization temperature and the gas pressure is increased to 0.12-0.5 MPa. The ingot solidification is carried out with forced cooling of its bottom part, with sequential shutdown of the heating sections along the height of the mold and with pulsating gas pressure. The amplitude of the gas pressure ripple is maintained within L PU.C: ± K P where K is the ripple coefficient, equal to 0.1-0.15. As the solidification front moves forward, 1FORCEE shall adjust the heat supply to its near part in order to compensate for the heat removed from the intensely cooled part of the ingot. At the end of solidification, the furnace is turned off and the gas pressure is released. Example. 2.5 kg of D-16 grade duralyuminium is poured into the Sgrafit form preheated to 640-660 and overheated for 20 s. After sealing and evacuating the installation, the argon chamber is purged under a pressure of 0.12 MPa for 3 minutes with a simultaneous decrease in temperature to 580 s. The solidified metal is then melted and superheated by 30 ° C at a temperature of the liquide of the alloy. The gas pressure is increased to 30 MPa. Then, the lower part of the heating furnace is switched off, layer-by-layer crystallization begins under the pressure of the liquid phase with forced cooling of the bottom part of the ingot and with a pulsating gas pressure (pulsation amplitude 0.2 MPa). During the casting process, the heat supply in the near part of the ingot is corrected using a control thermocouple. After complete curing, the furnace is turned off and the gas pressure is released. When the pressure of the purged gas is greater than 0.15 MPa, an intensive cooling of the ingot occurs, which requires additional energy to maintain the desired temperature and leads to gas over-consumption. When the melt overheats to less than 20 ° C, the ingot melting cycle increases. Overheating of the melt above leads to unreasonable increase in energy consumption. Increasing the gas pressure after the melt temperature is raised by less than 1.2 MPa will not cause a significant improvement in the properties of the metal. An increase in the gas pressure of 5.0 MPa is constrained by the technological 1057 process control capabilities. The proposed method, compared with the base object, for which the prototype is adopted, allows to increase the yield of C4e.j for melting the head part of ingots without shells. There is no need for a segment of profit and its further remelting. The physicomechanical properties of the molten metal (He 130, 6–25%, 45 MPa) are 10–30% higher than those of metals smelted by known methods. The expected annual economic effect will be 30-40 thousand rubles.
