2 - разрез А-А i;a фиг. Горелка за счет использовани энергии вторичного воздуха дл распыла позвол ет хорощо распределить 5ыль по сечению воз ,ч НПлого потока и тем самым улучшить вы .:-.;иг топлива, особепно низкореакционных углей.phage The invention relates to burners and can be used in the furnaces of steam boilers and other heat and power installations. The known direct flow rail containing the air mixture supply pipe 1 dispersed in the air duct 1, housing the housing. However, this burner does not provide a good mixture of fuel formation with air. Closest to the present invention is a pulverized coal burner containing an air mixture supply pipe installed in an air-conductive housing to form an annular gap in which nozzles with curved outlets are placed and that obliquely cut 2. The disadvantage of the known burner is that The primary air is shielded by the secondary air streams from the I-Qr of flue gases. This diminishes ignition and reduces the efficiency of fuel consumption. The purpose of the invention is the improvement of the quality of combustion of fuel ignition. This goal is achieved by the fact that, in a pulverized burner containing an air-emitting housing, an air mixture supply pipe installed therewith a collar gap and placed in the specified air gap with pipe outlets with oblique shear, the air mixture feed pipe equipped with an air gap with the cross section of the cross section with the cross section of the cross section with the cross section of the cross section; the output slice of the nozzle but its perimeter is a group of iperium holes d; 1I pass the aerosyla, between which, oblique sections behind the nozzle KOS, parallel to the axis of the body, and Oscillating copps posledpih inclined to the axis of the burner. FIG. 1 shows a burner, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A i; a of FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a view along arrow B in FIG. 1. A coal burner contains an air supplying housing I, a unit, is warm in letters with an annular gap 2, a pipe 3 for supplying aerial mixtures and nozzles 4 placed in a specified gap 2 with bent output ends having an oblique cut 5. A pipe 3 for supplying an aerosymei is provided with an outlet n with b a divider 7 forming in the exit slice 8 a nozzle 6 along its perimeter, a group of peripheral holes 9 for passing the air mixture, between which directly behind the slice 8 nozzle 6 are oblique sections 5 of the nozzles 4 parallel to the axis of the housing 1, and the output ends n Latter are inclined to the axis of the burner. The burner works as follows. A high-concentration air mixture is fed through pipe 3 and through a group of peripheral holes 9 enters the exit part of the burner. The air passes through the pipes 4 and between them. Due to the fact that the curved output ends of the pipes 4 are inclined to the burner axis, and their oblique sections 5 are located directly behind the output section 8, the nozzle 6 between the holes 9, as a result of the impact of air jets flowing from the pipes 4, behind the output section 8, the nozzle 6 in the axial region of the burner, a pressure zone is formed compared with the peripheral areas of the burner. Due to the pressure differential, the air mixture coming from the openings 9 is thrown to the periphery of the burner. This achieves a fairly uniform distribution of dust on the outer layers of the torches in all directions. The formation of a flare with a concentration of dust in the outer layers and a central stream of secondary air provides favorable conditions for the rapid heating of the fuel with hot combustion products and its early ignition, which increases the combustion efficiency. The burner, by using the energy of the secondary air for spraying, allows to distribute the dust horizontally across the section of the flow, h of the flow of the stream and thereby improve you:., Fuel, especially low-reaction coals.
