The invention relates to metal, more specifically to tool steels for hot forming. Known steel l, containing wt.%: 0.25-0.60 Carbon 0.3 -3. 1.2 -3 Vanadium 0.02-0.05 0.01-1 Molybdenum Else Iron The disadvantages of this steel are reduced heat resistance and the need to use hardening from pre-melting temperatures (1200-1300 s. Closest to the proposed technical essence and Achieved the result is steel 2 containing, wt.%: 0.005-0.5 Carbon 0.5 -5 Manganese 0.03 -1 Silicon 0.05 -10 0.003-0.200 800 Vanshiy 0.05 -10 0.001-0.100 0.003- 0.040 Remaining Iron As optional elements, steel may contain molybdenum in an amount of 0.03–1.5%, nickel, cobalt, tungsten 0.05–10%, calcium, magnesium and zirconium 0.001 -1%. The disadvantages of famous steel are its high cost due to the content of expensive expensive elements (nickel, cobalt, wolf, frames, zirconium J, low manufacturability during metallurgical conversion | because of the content of copper, manganese, chromium, low and elevated temperatures and low temper resistance. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength properties at elevated temperatures. The goal is achieved by the fact that steel containing carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, vanadium, copper, cerium, titanium, molybdenum and iron contains components in the following ratio, wt%: Carbon 0.29-0.38 Manganese 0.21-0 , 47 Silicon0.51-0.86 Chromium2.1-2.7 Vanadium0.92-1.17 Copper0.36-0.72 Cerium0.040-0.092 Titanium0.03-0.10 Molkden 1.22-2.49 IronEsalte , / Experimental melting conducted in open induction furnaces. The chemical composition of the experimental heats is given in s table. 1, and mechanical properties - in table. 2 (quenching, tempering 650s). As can be seen from table.1 and 2, the mechanical properties of the proposed steel Bbsue, than the known, .a expensive alloying elements are missing. The use of the proposed steel allows it to carry out isothermal deformation in the superplasticity mode, refusing to use expensive, alloyed with scarce alloying superalloys such as ZhS-6, L-114, etc., as well as tool life for hot forming. The cost of production of 1 ton of the proposed: liquid steel 400 rubles, and 1 ton of steel of the prototype - 500 rubles. The economic effect of using the proposed steel is 86 thousand rubles.
