Abstract
FIELD: biotechnology, polymers. SUBSTANCE: method involves the radiation grafted copolymerization of polymeric material with acrylic or methacrylic acid chloroanhydride followed by treatment of the grafted copolymer with biologically active compound an aqueous solution. A mixture of heparin with trypsin at weight ratio heparin : trypsin = (1-3.5):1 is used as biologically active compound at weight concentration of heparine and trypsin in an aqueous solution 0.3-5.0% and 0.2-1.0%, respectively. Alternative method involves the radiation grafted copolymerization carrying out at effect of gamma-radiation at the dose 1.0-4.0 Mrad. EFFECT: increased heme-compatibility of polymeric materials.
