The invention relates to a pile driving technique and can be used as replacement equipment, for example, on hydraulic excavators or hydraulically-drilled pile drivers, respectively, for breaking frozen soil, crushing non-dimensions or driving piles and dowels during construction work. The hydraulic hammer design is known, including, and the body, the shock part, the working cylinder with a piston, a drain and pressure line, a hydropneumatic accumulator, and a distribution spool 1. The presence of a battery makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the hydraulic hammer and the magnitude of a single blow. However, hydropneumatic accumulators used in known hydraulic hammers require periodic charging from an external source of compressed gas (up to a pressure of 7–8 MPa), which complicates their operation of the hammers. In addition, an additional power source is required. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a hydraulic hammer, comprising a housing, a working cylinder with a piston, a drain and pressure lines, a hydraulic accumulator with a liquid spring connected through a non-return valve with a pressure line, a distribution spool with an axial channel in the initial position connected with the rod end of the working cylinder 2. In a known hammer, the need to charge the battery with gas is eliminated. The makeup of the liquid spring is produced automatically by the working fluid through the valve when the hammer is turned off. When the hammer is turned on, the accumulator accumulator charge starts from zero pressure in the liquid spring and only when the pressure in it reaches a certain value does the shock part of the hammer begin to move. In this case, the piston of the battery makes a stroke of 0.3-0.5 full strokes. When the hammer is turned off, the piston of the battery returns to its original position, pushing fluid into the hydraulic system and doing no useful work. Thus, a significant part of the stroke of the hydroaccumulator piston during the operation of the mono-. the lot is not used, which increases the size of the battery, increases the complexity of its manufacture, consumption of materials, reduces efficiency, slightly increases the wear of the piston seals. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and efficiency of the hammer and to reduce the metal consumption. The goal is achieved by the fact that the hydraulic hammer, which includes a housing, a shock part, a working cylinder with a piston, a drain and pressure line, a hydraulic accumulator with a liquid spring connected through a non-return valve to a pressure line, a distribution spool, is equipped with a stepped spring-loaded valve with radial and axial channels, installed in the pressure line in front of the distribution spool and placed in the multi-cavity cavity formed in the hammer body, the middle stage of which is connected by channels with the distribution spool, one of the extreme steps is connected to the drain, and the other is made of a smaller diameter and communicates with the pressure line and the cavity of the liquid spring through the axial and radial channels of the stepped valve. The proposed hydro hammer, a longitudinal section, is schematically shown. The hammer includes a housing 1, a shock part 2, a working cylinder 3 with a piston 4, a drain 5 and a pressure line b, a hydroaccumulator 7 and a distribution spool 8. The hydroaccumulator is made with a liquid spring 9 connected through a non-return valve to the pressure line 6, and has a piston 10 with a rod 11. The piston cavity 12 communicates with the steam line 6. The piston 10 of the hydroaccumulator is spring-loaded 13. In the pressure line 6, in front of the distribution valve 8, a valve 14 is installed in the stepped cavity, which is 15 MeHbiiiero in diameter. The end of the stage, adjacent to the housing, forms a closed cavity 16 of smaller diameter, which through axial and radial 18 channels formed in valve 14, is connected to pressure line 6 and liquid spring 9. Around stage 15 is formed middle stage 19, which through channel 20 communicates with a distribution spool 8. The valve 14 is spring-loaded spring 21, which is designed for a predetermined pressure of the pre-charge of the liquid spring 9. When the hammer is turned on, the working fluid from the pump along the pressure line 6 through the radial channel 18 post flushes in fluid spring 9. Upon reaching the predetermined precharge pressure fluid. through the axial channel 17 enters the closed cavity 16 and presses the valve 14 to the lower position, overcoming the force of the spring 21. The pressure acts on a large area of the valve and keeps it in the lower position during the entire working time. Fluid through the middle stage 19 of the cavity and the channel 20 through the pressure line enters the distribution spool 8. The latter provides the reverse movement of the impact part 2. The acceleration of the impact part 2 downwards takes place when switching
When this occurs, the hydroaccumulator 7 is discharged, the piston 10 of which, under the action of a liquid, compressed and in the liquid spring 9, moves upwards and forces the liquid out of the piston chamber 7 of the piston accumulator 12 along the corresponding channel of the distribution valve 8 into the working cylinder 3. the entire stroke of the piston 10 of the battery 7 is used completely at a given working pressure, since its idling is excluded, during which the liquid is compressed

The invention allows to reduce the overall dimensions and volume of the battery, since the full stroke of its piston is reduced due to the exclusion of idling, which, in turn, reduces the metal consumption and laboriousness of hammer making due to the reduction of bore depth under the battery sleeve and the hydraulic spring capacity. In addition, in view of the elimination of the idle stroke of the battery piston, the friction forces are also reduced, which increases its efficiency.
