FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to foundation building, in particular to the construction of bored pile casings. A device for erecting a stuffed pile shell is known, comprising a hollow element with grooves and annular grooves, an elastic sheath on the hollow element and a nozzle connecting the gap between the sheath and the hollow element to the source of working agent 1. However, the use of this device requires a long shutter speed to set the concrete mixture and does not provide uniform laying of the mixture along the entire length of the pile shaft. The closest technical solution to the invention is a device for erecting bored pile-shells containing a vibroelement with a built-in vibrator, an elastic shell and a source of working agent 2. A disadvantage of the known device is the need to deliver sand to the pile field to fill the internal cavity of the pile-shell with protecting its walls from collapse, which complicates its erection. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity of making pile-shells. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for the construction of bored piles-shells containing a vibroelement with a built-in vibrator, an elastic casing and a source of working agent, the vibroelement is made with a diaphragm separating the elastic sheath inside its body in a folded form attached to the upper end of the diaphragm, and the lower, forming the bottom, is movably connected to the source of the working agent. FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view; in fig. 2 - fitting with a sleeve and an elastic stopper when the shell is laid in the lower cavity of the pipe, in section; in fig. 3 - the moment of the beginning of the lifting of the vibroelement and the release of the elastic shell from it under the action of the working agent; in fig. 4 shows the device and its elastic shell after finishing the manufacture of the pile shell. The device contains a vibro element, which is connected from pipe 1, the outer diameter of which is equal to the internal diameter of the pile-shell 2, hollow rod 3 for lowering and lifting the device into the well, upper cone cover 4, vibrator 5 of the vibrator 6, diaphragm 7 separating the lower the cavity 8 of the pipe in which the folded shell 9 is located in a folded form, for example, rubber-fabric. The lower end of the shell, forming the bottom, is provided with an elastic plug 10, which overlaps the lower outlet of the sleeve 11, is made with radial holes 12 and ends with a fitting 13, connected to the pipeline 14, which supplies the working agent, for example compressed air, to the internal cavity of the shell 9, with its upper end, the shell 9 is attached to the diaphragm 7 by means of a ring 15 tightly. In addition, a bottom cover 16 is provided, protecting the case during transport. The elastic sheath 9 has an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the pile and a length equal to the length of the pile. The device works as follows. In the formed well 17, the reinforcement cage is first lowered, a funnel 18 is installed and a small dose of concrete is supplied to form a reinforced concrete pad at the bottom of the well. Then to the hook of the base machine, for example a drilling rig, hang the proposed device with the pre-laid elastic shell 9 in the lower cavity 8 of the pipe 1 fixed by the plug 10 in the sleeve 11 to the hook 3. Remove the lower cover 16 and lower the device into the well on the pad. At the same time, the elastic shell 9 is kept by vacuum from falling out of the pipe 1. Hard concrete is supplied to the well. At the same time, the motor 6 of the vibrator 5 is turned on. Under the action of vibration, the concrete coming out of the cone of the lid 4 fills the space between the pipe 1 and the borehole wall 17. At the same time, the pipe 11, the nozzle 13 and the radial hole 12 of the sleeve 11 are squeezed into the internal cavity of the elastic shell 9 air under pressure. The vibroelement is lifted for 3 t as the concrete is fed and the pile walls are molded. The shell 9 under the action of compressed air, freeing the plug 10 from the sleeve 11, comes out as the vibroelement rises from the cavity 8 and presses against the inner wall of the pile shell 2 formed during its manufacture to the full height, fulfills the role of internal formwork. Then, through pipe 14, fitting 13, air is sucked from the shell 9. Under the action of vacuum, the shell is compressed and drawn into the cavity 8 of the vibroelement. Pressing the tube 10 into the sleeve 11 fix the shell. The vibro cell with the base machine is moved to the next well. The cycle is repeated. The use of a movable vibroelement with an elastic sheath loosely laid inside, connected to a source of working agent, for example compressed air, makes it possible to apply rigid concrete and simultaneously deliver concrete to the well, form the walls of the pile-shell with an upward vibrating element and form internal pile formwork. The role of the formwork is performed by the elastic shell, extruded by compressed air from the cavity
виброэлемента и поджимаема к стейкам сваи.vibroelement and pushed to the pile steaks.
All this allows for immediate dismantling and relieves of the need to deliver sand or other material and fill the internal cavity of the pile with it, which reduces the laboriousness of the operation of erection of pile-shells.
