The invention relates to a method for treating wastewater from nitrogen-containing compounds, in particular from dimtylacetamide, as chemical industry enterprises, for example, for the manufacture of chemical fibers. method of biochemical treatment of wastewater from organically compounds, in particular from forms of yes, dimethylformamide and acrylamide, by treating them with activated sludge containing microorganisms of the following types: Bacterium, Batjill Sarcina, rseudomonas, Actinomyces This method cannot be applied for biochemical treatment of wastewater from dimethylacetamide do not have a destructive action against the latter. The closest to the proposed fvty is a method of biochemical purification of wastewater from nitrogen-containing compounds, the essence of which is that the cleaning process is carried out using specially selected micro fungi of the following types: Trichoderma, Cornii, Cladosporiura gossipycola, Toriila convoluma, Cephalosporiureure, cephalosporiure, and the ize-cureosporiura gossipycola. The process is carried out at a pH of 4-8 j, -25 ° C and a duration of 0.5 to 24 2j. However, these micro-fungi do not possess sufficiently high destructive properties with respect to DMAA; in purified water, the amount of this matter is much higher than the maximum permissible concentration (,, 5 mg / l). DMAA is a non-acidic substance, the entry of which into the city’s biological treatment facilities causes a decrease in the performance of the aerotenta and deterioration of the quality of activated sludge and the appearance in the purified water of the second NOZH pollution in the form of nitrogen-ammonia compounds, nitrites and nitrates, since DMAA is an inhibitor nitrification and denitrification processes. . The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of wastewater treatment from dimethyl acetamide. The goal is to achieve TB; m, that waste water containing DMAA is treated active with micro fungi at pH 6.5-8, with Penicillium funiculosum, Verticilliastrum, alternaria aleracea being used as micro fungi These micro fungi were separated from DMAA adapted active mineral 1 donor aerotank operating on pure DMAA solution. Before the adagg-ration of activated sludge of urban clean-up facilities is 90-110 days. Micro-mushroom cultivation conditions: DMAA concentration 8001200 mg / l; pH 6.5-8 ambient temperature 18-22 ° C, process time 24-32 h. The method is carried out as follows. The activated sludge taken from the urban wastewater treatment plant is inoculated with the above-mentioned micro-fungi in an amount of 30-40% by volume. This mixture of biomass is placed in the aero tank, where waste water with a DMAA content of 200-1200 mg / l is supplied. Duration of aeration 8–52 h, specific air flow rate 30–50 MVM, active sludge concentration 3–5 g / L, pH 6.5–8 ambient temperature 18–22 ° C. Purified water in the aeration tank is fed to secondary sedimentation tanks, from where circulating activated sludge is returned to the aeration tanks according to the traditional scheme. Example 1. Waste water with a DMAA concentration of 200 mg / l is fed to the aeration tank; activated sludge concentration 2.8 g / l pH 6.5, medium temperature. After 8 hours of aeration, the purified water has the following characteristic / concentration of DMAA Oj COD 80 mg / l; BOD 15 mg / l. Example 2. Waste water is supplied to the aeration tank with a DMAA concentration of 400 mg / l, acti concentration: -; corn sludge 3.5 g / l, pH 8, temperature: /; ::; environment. After 10 hours of aeration, the purified water has the following characteristic. DMAA concentration - traces j COD 90 mg / l, BPKgp 15 mg / l. Froze Wastewater is supplied to the aeration tank with a DMAA concentration of 1200 mg / l, active sludge concentration 4.8 g / l, pH 7.2; ambient temperature After 32 hours of aeration, the purified water has the following characteristic: the concentration of DMAA - traces, COD 80 mg / l} BnKf 15 mg / l. The implementation of the cleaning process according to the proposed method makes it possible to almost completely oxidize DMAA and reduce the duration of the treatment of wastewater in aerostat. The comparative data of the wastewater treatment process from the DMAA on the prototype and the proposed method are given in the table .. From the table it can be seen that the proposed method provides almost complete purification from DMAA, and in less time than the known method. In addition, the proposed method allows the process of biooxidation at high concentrations of DMFA (up to 1200 mg / l). When DMAA in the amount of 30-100 mg / l is applied to citywide wastewater treatment plants that do not contain micro-fungi utilizing this compound, a significant decrease in the effect of the aerotank operation is observed, deterioration of the activated sludge condition, and BI purified water is present in ammonia, nitrates, nitrites and DMAA at a concentration of 2-17 mg With an increase in the initial concentration of DMAA to 100-400 mg / l, swelling and removal of active sludge from aerotanks is observed, and in purified water there is DMAA in the amount of 10-25 mg / l, ammonia up to 60 mg / l, BOD (g is 32-65 mg / l The application of the proposed method of purification from DMAA will significantly improve the efficiency of the aeration tanks and improve the state of the water of natural reservoirs into which treated water is discharged. In addition, the proposed method will allow | Reduce investment in the expansion of city-wide structures through local purification from DMAA.
