The known root of the buoy station, containing a sealed instrumental container, connected by means of a buipare to the bark and through a cable to a probing radiobeam, and a mechanism for changing the position of the probing radio 1. Its disadvantage of the known device is its insufficient reliability in operation due to the possibility of entangling the cable to a cable and buyrep. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of moving the station to the operating position. The goal is achieved by the fact that a root of a buoy station containing a hermetic instrumental container connected by means of a buipure to a bark and by means of a cable-cable to a probing radio beacon, and a mechanism for changing the position of the probing radiobea is equipped with a chamber inside which is mounted a pulley. the fixed holder of the rollers of which is installed in the upper part of the chamber, and the movable one - in the lower part, while the cable is sequentially stored on the rollers of the holder of the policy asta, and changing the position of the beacon probe mechanism is designed as a winch installed in a sealed container and hardware associated traction cable by the movable roller chain hoist cage. FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed buoy in the transport position; in fig. Figure 2 shows schematically a sealed instrument container in the initial position when the beacon is under water; in fig. 3 — the buoy station is in the initial position; in fig. 4 - the same, in working position at the moment of information transfer; in fig. 5 schematically shows a sealed instrumental container in the working position at the moment of information transfer. The anchor of the buoy station contains a hermetic instrumental container 1, inside which is placed electronic equipment 2, current sources 3 and a mechanism for changing the position of the probing radio bu, made in the form of a winch 4. At the ends of container 1, open chambers 5 and 6 are mounted. productions, containing a retarded drum 7 with a buipure 8 wound on it, which is wound on rollers 9 and fixed on the crust 10, which in turn is interlocked with camera 5 by means of a tape And with a lock 12. In chamber 6 is installed lispast 13, containing two clips of rollers 14. The stationary holder 15 is installed in the upper part of the chamber b, and the movable holder 16 installed in the lower part of chamber 6 is interlocked with the drum 17 of the winch 4 by means of a bracket 18 and a pull cable 19 laid through roller 20. At the upper end of chamber 6, a probing beacon 21 is mounted, which is interlocked with it by tape 22 with a lock 23. Cable-cable 24 is inserted into probing beacon 21, laid through rollers 25, stocked on rollers 14 of movable 16 and fixed 15 clips and 26 g is introduced into the cable box rmetichnogo container. The automatic opening and exit of the bu product to the working position is performed as follows. After the flooding and burial, on command, locks 12 and 23 are triggered, separating tapes 11 and 22. Anchor 10 is lowered to the bottom, burep 8 is unwound from drum 7 and sealed instrumentation container 1 with probing beacon 21 is installed at a predetermined distance from the water surface . After that, at the command of the electromagnetic clutch 27 of the winch 4, the drum 17 is opened, the probing beacon 21 under the action of positive buoyancy floats to the surface of the water, the cable-cable 24, around the rollers 14 of the polyspast 13, transmits the force of the emerging bu 21 to the clips 15 and 16 and moves the movable sleeve 16 up, with the pulling cable 19 unwinding from the freely rotating drum 17, and the cable-cable 24 escaping from the rollers 14 of the tackle 13. During the ascent, the probing radio beacon 21 records the environmental parameters (temperatures a, salinity, transparency, density, etc.) and transmits the collected information from the surface of the water on the radio link to the coastal posts. Thus, the buoy system is brought to the working position. At the end of the information transmission session, an electromagnetic clutch 27, an articulated reel 17 with an oceanologic winding 4 winch and a traction cable 19, is wound onto the reel 17, moves the movable holder 16 of the polyspast 13 down, the probing beacon 21 is heated and installed on the end of the camera 6. In this position, the probe beacon 21 is located until the next session of measuring environmental parameters and transmitting information to coastal posts.
