The invention relates to the field of heat and mass transfer processes, in particular to methods for the interaction of phases, for example, in the processes of absorption and distillation, and can be used in the chemical oil refining, food and other industries. In addition, the method can be used for capturing liquid and dust from the gases of the liquid. There is a known method of conducting heat mass transfer processes, which consists in the interaction of the phases of the contact surface in a bubble layer. The process of heat and mass transfer, for example, in the case of rectification using this method, is carried out as follows. The vapors of the liquid are directed from the bottom upwards along the column, and towards the param. From the top down, the liquid flows down in the form of a phlegm. The phases interact with various types of TaKTHfjx devices (sieve, cap, valve and other plates) 13. Also known is the method of phase interaction, which includes supplying easily and phases to a heat and mass transfer apparatus countercurrent and their interaction at the contact level, in this case, the tether phase interacts with parallel moving streams of the light phase in the radial direction from the center to the periphery of the contact element 2. The disadvantages of the known methods are low efficiency, due to the fact that the interaction of the light and heavy phases leads to a rapid merging of individual liquid droplets into a film (the hard phase). As is well known, mass transfer in such a film is practically absent, the contact surface is insignificant. The aim of the invention is the intensification of heat and mass transfer processes due to the turbulization of the light phase. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the phase interaction method, which involves feeding the light and heavy phases into the heat and mass transfer apparatus by countercurrent and interacting them at the contact phase of the heavy phase with the parallel moving flows of the light phase in the radial direction from the center to the periphery of the contact element, parallel to light phase streams are divided into jets, cfbbie are brought into interaction with jets of the easy phase adjacent in height. At the same time, the interaction of the jets of neighboring heights is reasonable. The currents are carried out as they move in the antislip direction along a curved path. The jets of one of the neighboring streams are directed from the center to the periphery of the contact element in the radial direction. In addition, a heat and mass transfer apparatus for the interaction of phases, including a housing with plates, each of which is provided with contact elements that are made in the form of plates arranged in parallel rows in height, the plates of one row are curved along a curved surface, and the other is oriented radially . In this case, the plates of two adjacent rows are curved along a curved surface and oriented in the opposite direction. It is advisable to provide the device with a conical fairing located in the center of the contact element and attached with its base to the plate. Fig. 1 shows the direction of movement of adjacent jets at an angle of 90 °; in fig. 2 — jet interaction according to FIG. 1, plan / in FIG. 3 - distribution of jets PQ to the height of the contact element; in fig. 4 shows the direction of movement of the jets and the contact element of FIG. 3, plan; in fig. 5 - the direction of the motion of the jets at an angle, the plan; in fig. b - the direction of motion of the jets of one of the series in the radial direction, and in the next in involute; in fig. 7 - heat and mass transfer apparatus, longitudinal section; on fi.g. 8 - contact element, longitudinal section; in fig. 9 is a section LL in FIG. 8. The method is carried out as follows. The interfering phases, for example gas and liquid, are supplied to the contact zone and are divided into parallel flows L and B (Fig. 1). This separation can be accomplished, for example, by feeding a gas stream into the central hole (cylindrical pipe) 6 (Fig. 3) of the contact element with a further diversion of this stream in the radial direction along parallel planes. Flows can be forged flat (A and .B ) by supplying to each even row a gas stream from one nozzle, and to an odd one from another pipe (Fig. 1). Each parallel stream is then divided into a series of identical jets C which are in contact with the jets of the previous stream D, with the jets C directed at an angle to the jets D of the adjacent stream: C. The set of jets are twisted together as they touch each other and intersect. B the swirled jets of each flow, the interaction of the phases takes place. As a result of turbulence, dispersion and increase of the contact surface and relative (phase speed, an intensification process is achieved. The phase interaction method can be implemented in a heat and mass transfer apparatus, which consists of body 1, overflow tubes 2 and contact elements 3, including cylindrical shell 4, perforated bottom 5 with a central hole 6 and a perforated lid 7 with vertical exhaust pipes 8 and a conical obturating frame 9 mounted on the lid 7 inside the contact element This 3. The bottom plates are fitted with guide plates, which are thin rectangular sheets curved along an involute curve. The first row of plates is mounted on the bottom 5. in the direction from the hole b to the walls of the shell 4, with the plane of the plates 10 perpendicular the bottom plane 5. The second row of plates is set to the first in the same way, however, the direction of curvature of the plates of the second row is opposite to the direction of curvature of the plates of the first row. The number of rows forming parallel flows is determined based on the height of the contact element 3 and its performance. The contact elements 3 are fixed in the plates 11 by means of bolts 12. The heat and mass transfer apparatus operates as follows. The light phase (gas) enters the contact element 3 (Fig. 3) through the central hole b, made in the bottom 5. Next, the gas is directed from the axis of the plate pack to the periphery, evenly divided into a number of pairs of radial flows, each which, in turn, is divided into a plurality of jets formed by guide plates. Adjacent gas jets, which are located in adjacent flows, have opposite curvature, due to which the contacting jets twist each other. The liquid penetrates into the contact element 3 through the perforations in the cover 7, it moves downwards through the plate pack and enters into multiple contacting interaction with the gas phase in a plurality of swirling jets of each of the parallel flows. The gas phase leaves the contact element 3 through the outlet nozzles .8, and the liquid along the side surfaces of the guide plates flows down onto the perforated bottom 5, and then onto the next plate 11 of the mass transfer column. surface plates. This explains the minimum entrainment from the contact element by the gas of the liquid, as well as the possibility of using such a contact element as a droplet and dust collector. Example 1. Laboratory studies of the process of mass transfer were carried out during the desorption of CO2 from water by air. The content of CO in water to the contact steps of the heat and mass transfer apparatus is 1.1 g / l, after the contact steps to 0.18 mg / l. The entrance speed is 10 m / s, the jet velocity is 20 m / s. The pressure loss in each contact element is 300 N / m. The average efficiency of the device is 92%. The tests were carried out with a shell diameter of the contact element 250 mm. Example 2. The process of trapping water droplets from the air was explored. The captured water was discharged through a pipe in the bottom and collected in a measuring container. Water was sprayed by a pneumatic nozzle installed in the central feed gas duct at the air inlet to the element. Air consumption at 20 ° C is 600-1200, water consumption is 0.01-0.2 kg / m of air. The capturing efficiency of water was 97–99.3%. I The use of the invention will allow to intensify the heat and mass transfer processes occurring in the gas system (vapor) - liquid, as well as the process of wet dedusting of gas flows.
