The invention relates to technological equipment for the manufacture of coiled articles, in particular, devices for tensioning a thread-like material during its rewinding (thread, wire, various tapes, etc.). A device for tensioning a wire is known, which provides for the verification of a true tension non-wear when the windings are open, containing an elastic beam fixed to the base, a load cell glued to it and two guide rollers on both sides of the beam. The rewindable wire rounds the two rollers, the end of the beam and moves relative to them. A change in tension causes deformation of the beam and a change in the signal of the strain gauge. By its magnitude, the tension of the wire is judged. When operating the device, it is necessary to use a set of measuring and recording equipment of C equipment. The disadvantages of the device include the inability to implement it at each workplace due to the complexity and high cost. The use of equipment when setting up machines introduces a measurement error that is of fundamental nature, since the elements themselves (rollers, beam, etc.) create additional tension on the material during the measurement process. A guide roller of a tensioning device of a winding machine is known, which contains a base, an axis reinforced on an axis, two cheeks (supporting element), an elastic element fixed between the cheeks along their perimeter to compensate for varying sizes of the material loop. The device is almost inertia-free. It is highly efficient, simple, structurally and can be implemented on each winding machine, C2 J. The disadvantages of the device include the inability to measure the tension of the material with its help during the rewinding process. The aim of the invention is to improve the operating conditions. This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for tensioning a thread-like material, containing a base, an axis with two cheeks and an elastic element fixed between the cheeks along their perimeter, is provided with a spring, and one cheek is axially displaced and spring-loaded, while the spring force is opposite to the force elastic element. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, front view; in fig. 2 the same, side view; in fig. 3 and 4 variants of its execution. The device comprises a base 1, an axis 2, a cheek 3 fixed on an axis 2, a cheek 4 moving relative to an axis 2 with a stop surface 5, a stop 6 connected to a stop 6 and a base 1 spring 7 fixed between cheeks 3 and 4 along their perimeter elastic element 8, scale 9. The rewindable material 10 is supported on the branches of the elastic element 10. The device operates as follows. In the initial state, the forces of the spring 7 and the branches of the elastic element 8, directed in opposite directions, fix the movable cheek 4 against the zero mark of the scale 9. Then the material 10 is placed on the branch of the elastic element 8. It deforms them by the value of n under the force of its own tension . The deformed branches of the elastic element 8 overcome the force of the spring 7 and move the movable cheek 4 along the axis 2 and the scale 9 by an amount x proportional to the tension of the material 10. As the material moves, its velocity changes (pulsates). This leads to a change in the length of the material loop and, as a consequence, the magnitude of the deformation n of the branches of the elastic element. The movable jaw 4 thus moves relative to the scale 9 and indicates the tension of the wire throughout the winding process. The technical and economic effect consists in active, continuous monitoring of the amount of material tension during the rewinding process. In addition, the material tension meter simultaneously performs the functions of an effective compensator for the unevenness of the longitudinal movement of the material. It allows you to keep the physico-mechanical properties of the material in the rewinding process unchanged. This provides improved winding quality and improved operating conditions.
