Поскольку удельное конт;1ктное давление остри иглы 6 на пластины 3 очень велико по сравнению со скольз щим контактом -в известном устройстре, а игла 6 в процессе измерений входит в пластины 3,то вли ние вибраций на результаты измерений практически исключаетс ,чем существенно повышает точность и достоверность измерени .1 The invention relates to a measuring and measuring technique and can be used to measure the movement of objects. Known datas for measuring displacement, containing mass-controlled contacts and movable magnets mounted on movable rods. At the ends of the rods, there are rollers that act during the measuring process by cams placed on objects whose movement is counter-current (The disadvantages of the sensors are relative complexity and instability of work in the conditions of vibrations. The closest technical solution to the invention is a linear displacement sensor containing two relatively moving electric contact elements. c2l. The disadvantage of this sensor is low accuracy due to a violation of the quality of the electrical contact between moving elements at high speeds of movement and the presence of vibrations. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurements. The goal is achieved by the fact that the sensor of liner displacement contains two . of movable electrocontact elements, one electrical contact element is made in the form of a set fixed at given distances and electrically interconnected in parallel The other electro contact element is placed perpendicular to the plane of these plates and is made in the form of a needle electrically insulated on the lateral surface (;: except for the tips, the length of which does not exceed the specified distances between the plates of the first electro contact element. 1. A schematic diagram of the proposed sensor is presented; in fig. 2 - a possible variant of its inclusion in an electrical measuring circuit. 1 The linear displacement sensor (Fig. 1) contains two relatively movable electrical contact elements 1 and 2. Electrocontact element 1 is made in the form of a set of plates 3 installed with the help of electrically insulating washers 4 at a given distance between them, determined by the required measurement accuracy. Plates 3, made for example of copper foil, are interconnected by conductors 5. Electrocontact element 2 is a metal, for example, steel needle 6, electrically insulated along the side surface with an insulation layer 7, for example, a fluoroplastic tube. The length of the uninsulated part of the needle tip 6 must not exceed the specified distance 1m between the plates 3. The electrocontact sensor is turned on} with the help of conductors 8 and 9 into the measuring circuit containing the supply source 10, the load resistance P and the recorder 12. The sensor works as follows. Electrical contact elements 1 and 2 are fixed on objects, the oTHOCHTenb movement of which is controlled, and included in an electrical measuring circuit. During the movement of the needle 6 relative to the plates 3, it sequentially pierces them, which is recorded as pulses with the recorder 12. In this case, electrical contact occurs during the period of the tip of the needle 6 in the plates 3 and disappears when it touches insulation 7. The number of recorded pulses can be judged on the movement of the object. Since the specific pressure of the 1ct pressure of the needle tip 6 on the plate 3 is very high compared with a sliding contact in a known device, and the needle 6 enters the plate 3 in the measurement process, the influence of vibrations on the measurement results is virtually eliminated, which greatly improves the accuracy and measurement accuracy.
