FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves the submerged egg disinfection before incubation by addition of medicinal preparation in eggs followed by keeping in this solution firstly under vacuum at 0.4-0.6 atm and then under atmospheric pressure. The used medicinal preparation is 0.025-0.05% aqueous solution of dioxydine at 17-18 C. Before the submerged disinfection the surface egg treatment is carried out with 0.5-1% solution of sodium hydrocarbonate at 37-38 C for 3-4 min. Alternative method involves exposition of eggs in medicinal preparation solution under vacuum and atmospheric pressure for 5-30 min, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method.
