The invention relates to measuring technique and can be used to measure average frequency, for example, statistically distributed pulses in a radiometric equipment used in nuclear geophysics. A medium frequency meter is known, which contains integrating cells, which are four-pioneer, containing capacitors and resistors 1. The presence in the measuring channel of the radiometric equipment of an integrating cell, characterized by a constant time r RC, causes the inertia of the equipment, leads to a discrepancy of the recorded values from the actual distribution of the intensity of gamma radiation along the axis of the skiagin. For a particular type of equipment, depending on the object under study, the time constant T is in a certain ratio with the speed of movement v of the equipment along the trunk of the storage room, and more specifically should be vL const. The statistical accuracy of the studies and the effect on the configuration of the curves of the inertia studies of the equipment depend on the choice of the measurement speed v and the value T. Typically, the value of C is chosen such that it is sufficient to reduce statistically the fluctuations of the measurement results to an acceptable value, however, it turns out that the greater t, the smaller the value of v and vice versa. An increase in both values leads to a distortion of the measurement results. The closest one to the present invention is a mid-frequency meter containing two key integrating blocks, a metering unit whose input is connected to the input bus of the device, the first output is connected to the device's ground bus, and the second output is connected to the inputs of the first and second integrating blocks and the key input, whose input is connected to the output of the first integrating unit, and the output of the second integrating unit is connected to the earth bus of the device. However, the mechanical key is not able to keep pace with the fast-changing processes in the meter. The purpose of the invention is to improve accuracy. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a medium frequency meter containing two integrating units, cells), a metering unit, the input of which is connected to the input bus of the device, the first output is connected to the earth bus of the device, and the second output is connected to the inputs of the first and second integrating blocks and to the input of the key, the output of which is connected to the output of the first integrating block, and the outputs of the second integrating block are connected to the device ground bus, buffer amplifier, discriminator amplifier and resistor, first output which is connected to the auxiliary output of the first integrating unit and the input of the amplifier-discriminator, and the SECOND output is connected to the device ground bus, the output of the discriminator amplifier is connected to the control input of the key, the output of the first integrating unit is connected to the input of the buffer amplifier, the output of which is connected to bus output device. . The drawing shows a block diagram of the meter. The meter consists of a metering unit 1, the output of which is connected to the input of the first integrating unit 2, the auxiliary output of which is connected to the first output of the resistor 3, a key 4, the input and output of which are connected respectively to the input and output of the first integrating unit 2, the second integrating unit 5, the input of which is connected to the output of the metering unit 1, the amplifier –discriminator 6, the input of which is connected to the first output of the resistor 3, and the output to the control input of the switch 4, the buffer amplifier 7, the input of which is connected to the output to yucha 4, and an output - to an output device bus of the metering unit t 1 a first input 8 and a second diode 9, the first capacitor 10. the cathode of the diode 8 is connected to the dibd anode 9 and to the capacitor 10 plate; the second capacitor 11 and the first resistor 12j are included in the first integrating unit 2; the second resistor 13 and the third capacitor 14 are included in the second integrating unit 5. The meter works in the following way. A continuous sequence of pulses normalized in amplitude and duration charges the first capacitor 10 through the input bus and the first diode 8. Then the charge of the first capacitor 10 through the second diode 9 occurs on the R / .Cy chain. the second inte (the first module 5 Grürg with a small time f and the TsENochka R12C-ti of the first integrating unit 2 with a large time constant) Between the ground bus and the second capacitor 11, a resistor 3 is turned on, and R3 should be excluded - i2 When the pulse frequency average frequency is slow, the time of voltage variation is constant. The second capacitor n (, “12С-, 11 is equal to TV, in this case the restarting current of the second capacitor 11, caused by .in the main statistics average fluctuations of the average frequency of the input pulses, and the current is proportional to the rate of change of the average frequency. With sharp and significant changes in the average frequency, the recharge current of the second capacitor 11 can change so much that the voltage drop across the resistor 3 will be sufficient for unlock the amplifier-discriminator B. Next, the output signal of the amplifier-discriminator 6 includes a key 4, the outputs of which close the resistor to change, the same, the time constant with T where (i) + R-, 2C-i-, T2-k, a -,four -,,. ) A decrease in the time constant will cause an accelerated voltage setting on the second capacitor, as the set time will be determined by the constant f-j. Upon completion of the voltage setting process at the second capacitor 11, at a slower average input frequency, the recharge current of the third capacitor 14 will decrease, which will reduce the voltage drop on resistor 3, the discriminator amplifier b will close and turn off key 4. on the second capacitor 11 will increase again to the value -I) -bR 2Ci-i. Turning on the amplifier -discriminator allows, by changing the response threshold of the latter, to achieve automatic switching constantly time for a given value of the derivative of the average frequency of the input signal, i.e., at a given rate of change of the average frequency. Thus, the automatic switch will respond only to a certain predetermined value of the rate of change of the average frequency of the input pulses, and this, in turn, leads to an increase in the sensitivity of the average frequency meter.
