Эффективность рыхлени обеспечиваетс за счет снижени сопротивлени резанию основного зуба, что дает возможность увеличить глубину рыхлени , а значит и производительность рыхлител .The invention relates to earth moving machines with a loosening body. Known cultivator, including suspension / rack and magnetostriction ny vibrator with a tooth G1. The disadvantage of this ripper is the loss of a significant part of the vibrator energy to useless radiation deep into the ground. Closest to the invention, the technical essence is a rytel, which includes a stand with the main tooth, and an additional, cutting edge of which is located first and above the cutting edge of the main tooth 2. A disadvantage of the known ripper is the relatively high resistance to cutting of the main tooth. The purpose of the invention is to increase the loosening efficiency by reducing the cutting resistance of the main tooth. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the ripper, which includes a stand with the main tooth and an additional, the cutting edge is located before and above the cutting edge of the main tooth, the additional tooth is equipped with a magnetostrictive vibrator, and the distance between the cutting edges of the teeth is equal to the oscillation wavelength; a vibrator with an additional tooth, with the height of the cutting edge of the additional tooth above the cutting edge of the main tooth, equal to half the wavelength. FIG. 1 shows the cultivator in the transport position, general view; in fig. 2 - the same, at the beginning of the deepening of the additional tooth; in fig. 3 - the same, in the working position of both teeth; in fig. 4 shows the ratio of the cutting angles to the cleavage of the soil. The ripper includes a stand 1, hinged to the base machine 2 and controlled by a hydraulic cylinder 3. Ha.iCTOftjKe 1, the main tooth 4 is mounted and the additional tooth 5 is equipped with a magnetostrictive vibrator 6. The distance between the main tooth's cutting edge 7 and the additional tooth cutting edge 8 is equal the wavelength of vibration of the vibrator 6 and tooth 5 {-,). The height of the position lij (fig. 3) of the cutting edge 8 above the edge 7 is equal to half the length of the wave / -1. The ripper works as follows. When the base machine 2 moves, the hydraulic cylinder 3 lowers the stand 1, at the same time the additional tooth 5 first penetrates to its working depth b, while the main tooth deepens by the maximum value b-i + 2 of the indicated locations of the cutting edges of the teeth the main tooth 4 loosens the soil weakened by the oscillations of the additional tooth 5 with the vibrator 6. To transmit the oscillations to the soil permanently, the tooth 5 must have constant contact with the soil, and this is ensured at .K where the minimum cutting angle, in this case 60 °, and Qgpss maximum ground cleavage angle for frozen ground is 0 „, j ,, - x 58 °. The efficiency of loosening is ensured by reducing the cutting resistance of the main tooth, which makes it possible to increase the depth of loosening, and hence the productivity of the ripper.
