Sriq. 1 dbliQQIKbd5 badb The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing printed circuit boards and can be used independently and in automated modular-type flow lines for manufacturing printed circuit boards as a module for galvanic metallization, washing and etching of printed circuit boards. Closest to the present invention is a device for electroplating metallization of printed circuit boards, containing working solution tanks located opposite each other between which the printed circuit board holders are installed, and an anode with holes fl is placed in each of the working solution containers. The disadvantages of the known device include the complexity of the operation of the installation due to its tightness, since before eliminating any malfunction, it is necessary to pump out all electrolyte and low productivity from the installation, since the printed circuit board is fixed and thus only one board is processed at once . The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity in work and quality of processing of printed circuit boards. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device for galvanic metallization of printed circuit boards, containing working solution tanks located opposite each other, between which a printed circuit board holder is installed, and an anode with holes is placed in each of the working solution containers, and each of the tanks for the working solution is equipped with an additional anode, made from a solid plate, with each main anode placed opposite the additional anode and equipped with a shutter minutes, the edges of which protrude above the working surface of the anode. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, the view; in fig. 2 the same cross section; in fig. 3 the same, side view. The device is a dual conveyor 1 with conveying rollers 2 mounted on an electrolyte bath 3. On the tub there is a centrifugal pump k. Capacities 5 are installed on the conveyor. For the working solution with anodes 6 and 7, as well as roller contacting devices 8 and 9 with contacting rollers 10.. The anode 6 penetrates a 10 mm thick copper plate with holes, the pitch of which is the same both in the row and between the rows. The anode along the perimeter is enclosed in a thin elastic polyethylene film (curtain) 11. The anode 7 is a solid copper plate with a thickness of 10 mm. The device works as follows. The centrifugal pump supplies electrolyte from the bath 3 in the tank 5i from where, through the anodes 6, to the PCB 12 moving along the conveyor. During its movement, the PCB 12 blocks sequentially the lower and upper anode 6 and the anode 7 and due to the small gap between the board and the shutter 1 ( about 0.5 mm), the electrolyte forms in the zone of the anode 6 a continuous conductive medium with an overpressure of about 0.1 g0.2 atm, in re-. As a result, the electrolyte is pumped through the holes of the circuit board and its jet, falling on the anode 7, closes the electrical circuit, creating conditions for the deposition of copper in the holes of the board. The proposed device performs a more efficient, continuous process of metallization of printed circuit boards on both sides and in the holes. At the same time, due to the continuous movement of printed circuit boards along the conveyor and alternation of anodes with holes and continuous anodes relative to the printed circuit boards, the uniformity of the thickness of the electroplating coating on the surface and in the holes of the printed circuit boards increases.
