The invention relates to the gravitational enrichment of granular mineral mixtures in a thin layer of dense pulp flowing on an inclined surface. A multi-conical cone with a parator, consisting of cones of different diameters, unloading devices and loading and distributing devices, including distribution rings with stabilizing perforated partitions and restrictive sides | one . However, the known separator is characterized by an insufficiently high quality of the separation process, which is caused by the uneven flow of material onto the working surface of the cones. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of separation. The goal is achieved. You see that holes are made around the perimeter of the distribution rings, and the limiting beads are mounted on the edges of the distribution rings. In addition, the ratio of large bases of cones to smaller components is 8–10. The drawing shows a lot of Russian conical separator. Multiple conical separator consists of working cones 1, distribution rings 2, distribution pipes 3 of the receiving tank 4, stabilizing, perforated partitions 5, sides 6, cutoffs 7, collectors 8, overflow pipes 9 and 10 and. pipes 11-14 for the withdrawal of enrichment products. The holes 15 are made along the perimeter of the distribution rings. The separator works as follows. The raw material in the form of pulp is loaded into the receiving tank 4 and through the distribution pipes 3 enters the surface of the upper rus distribution ring 2, from where through the holes 15 it falls onto the surface of the upper working cone 1. A perforated stabilizing partition 5 that is in the path of the pulp creates a small backing flow, contributing to the alignment of the thickness of the flow of the pulp and equal to the measured distribution of the material around the perimeter of the cone. Stack on the working surface of the separation cone from the periphery inward to raz. the loading hole, the pulp is stratified and with the help of a cutter 7 at the outlet of the cone is divided into two products. - concentrate and tails. The concentrate enters the upper annular part of the collector 8 and then overflow. The pipes 9 are poured into the cone of the lower (sixth) tier for cleaning, and the tails are sent to the lower part of the collector 8, from where they arrive through the distribution pipes 3 for re-enrichment (I control con centration) to the second one. The tails of the second rus are successively followed by two more operations of the control rises: on the cones of the third and fourth rus, after which the tailings are removed from the separator through pipe 11. The concentrates of the second and third rus are passed through the bypass pipes 10 to the collector, the fourth rus, where they are mixed with the fourth rus concentrate, and sent to the industrial products. the concentration on the cone of the second rus, the concentrate of which is cleaned together with the concentrate of the main concentration (first rus) on the cone of the sixth rus. Industrial products are discharged through pipes 13 and 14, the finished concentrate through pipe 12. The invention makes it possible to significantly improve the quality of separation.
