Description
Изобретение позвол ет повысить наежность и срок службы ма тниковых жидкостных приборов.i10 The invention relates to the instrument and can be used in the technology of manufacturing of bone sensors and switches. A filler for pendulous liquid devices containing methyl alcohol, cymethylformamd and an alkali metal additive ij is known. The disadvantages of the known filler are low electrical conductivity and low electrochemical stability. Electroconductive fluid for mobile devices containing methyl alcohol, lithium chloride, isovaleric acid and tricresol 2 is the closest to the invention. However, the known electrically conductive (Low conduction (110) and low electrochemical stability. The purpose of the invention is to increase electrical conductivity and Electrochemical Stability. The supply chain is achieved by the use of an electrically conductive fluid for mHKKoBbix instruments, including methyl alcohol and an additive based on chlorine lithium contains lithium perchlorate as an additive for specialty. & l quantitative ratio of components, May.%: a 87 Methyl alcohol 93.5-87.5 Lithium perchlorate 2.5-6.5 When the electric current flows through an electrically conductive fluid has a high electrical conductivity, decreases the amount of heat that is cured when current passes into an electrically conductive fluid, and as a result, its local heating and boiling up decreases. The use of perchlorateum also weakens the intensity of the redox process, which reduces thermal and electrochemical destruction of electrically conductive liquid and increases its stability. Three components solutions are prepared for an electrically conductive fluid for laboratory equipment. The table shows the composition and properties of the components of the solution. The capacitive sensors with an electrically conductive fluid according to the invention are 200 hours of operation at a current of 100 mA each contact OO mA, voltage 36.6 V current frequency 4OO Hz at a temperature of 100 o C. The invention improves the reliability and service life of laboratory liquid devices.
