Использование изобретени сокращает врем виброиспытаний изделий благодар увеличению скорости развертки частоты генератора в области частот, характеризукидейс малыми (дорезонансными) а1ачени ми амплитуд колебаний издели .This invention relates to a tester. technology and can be used engineering. It is known a device for resonant vibration tests of complex structures containing pulse and harmonic signal generators connected to the input of a vibration exciter, vibration sensors, installed on a test structure, a multi-channel analog-to-digital converter, signal inputs of which are connected to the outputs of computer vibration sensors, a recording unit and a spectrum analyzer connected to the outputs of the analog-digital converter, control, synchronization and main memory blocks, frequency setting blocks, step by lag and delay, as well as an adder. The device is designed to determine the dynamic characteristics of complex multi-mass structures. The testing process has two stages. The first is that the structure is subjected to shock, while evaluating the resonant characteristics of the response. The obtained preliminary values of the resonance frequencies of the structure are used to calculate the initial data for the harmonic vibration test. The use of pre-shock excitation makes it possible to significantly shorten the test time l. However, the known device has a high cost and is difficult to maintain. The closest to the proposed technical entity is a device for resonant vibration tests of products containing a series-connected phase detector, an actuator, a control oscillator, a power amplifier, an exciter pathogen, a vibration sensor placed on the product, the output of which is connected through the matching amplifier to the phase detector input, a control switch, the output of which is connected to the second input / phase detector, and the inputs to the output of the control generator, one of which is connected Via an inverter, a phase error converter connected to the output of the phase detector, a first logic unit consisting of a sequentially connected pulse counter, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the control generator and the phase error converter, delay unit and trigger, the driver pulses, the input of which is connected to the trigger output, and the output - to the input of the actuator, connected in series to the amplitude detector, whose input is connected to the output of the matching wuxi letter, and comparison unit. The device allows to automate the process of determining the resonant frequencies of the product, as well as conducting multi-cycle tests at resonant frequencies. However, the Testing process is long, due to the low speed of the frequency sweep of the control generator in the frequency range, characterized by small, compared with the resonant, values of the amplitudes of the product oscillations. The purpose of the Invention is to improve the performance of vibration tests. The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for resonant vibration tests of products containing a series-connected phase detector, an actuator, a control generator, a power amplifier, a vibration exciter, a vibration sensor placed on a product, whose output is connected to the input of a phase detector through a matching amplifier, a control switch the output of which is connected to the second input of the phase detector, and the inputs to the output of the control generator, one of which is connected via an inverter, converts Phase error generator connected to the output of the phase detector, the first logic unit consisting of a pulse counter connected in series, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the control generator and the phase error converter, the trigger delay unit, the pulse driver whose input is connected to the trigger output, and the output is connected to the input of the actuator, connected in series with the amplitude detector, whose input is connected to the output of the matching amplifier, and the comparator unit, a half-wave rectifier connected between the output of the comparison unit and the input of the actuator, and the second logic unit, made in the form of two character triggers, the first of which is connected to the output of the phase detector, and the second one to the output of the comparison unit, and two prohibition blocks, (the second of which is connected by input to the outputs of character triggers, the input of the second block I block is connected to the output of the first block block and the pulse generator input, the output is connected to the control input of the switch, and the output of the first block block switch ene as a ustanr paid-input trigger first logicheo one block. FIG. 1 shows the structural scheme of the proposed device; in fig. 2 - amplitude-phase characteristics of products, having two resonant frequencies. A device consisting of resonant vibration tests of products comprises a successor connected phase detector 1, an actuator 2, a control generator 3, a power amplifier 4., an excitation oscillator 5, on the movable part of which a product 6 is installed, an outrigger 7, the output of which is connected to. the detector input 1, the phase error converter 9, the input of which is connected to the output of the detector 1, and the output to the input of the first logic unit 10, which includes series-connected pulse counter 11, whose input is also connected to the output of the generator 3 and its output, the delay unit 12 and trigger 13, the output of which is connected to the input of the actuating element 2 through the pulse shaper 14, the amplitude detector 15 connected in series, the comparison unit 16 and the one-half-wave rectifier 17, the output of which is connected to in dy element 2. The apparatus comprises a second logic unit 18, comprising first and second flip-flops 19 and 20 characters, and the first and second units 21 to 22, ban. The trigger 19 of the sign is connected to the output of detector 1, and the trigger 20 is connected to the output of the reference unit 16. The trigger outputs 19 and 2O are connected to the input of the prohibition block 21, the output of which is connected to the setup input of the trigger 13 and the input of the second prohibition block 22, also connected to the output of the trigger 13. For connecting the output of the generator 3 to the input of the phase detector 1 serves as a control switch 23, the control input of which is connected via an intermediate cascade 24 to the output of the second prohibition unit 22, and the signal inputs of the switch 23 are connected to the output of the generator 3: one is non-direct, proper, but the other is via an inverter 25, output switch 23 connected to the second input of the phase detector 1. The device operates as follows. At. turning on the device trigger 13 and the first block 21 of the ban vcTaHaBaHBarotw with to zero. These states correspond to zero signals at the output of the pulse shaper 14 and the second logic unit 18. As a result, the output at the intermediate stage 24 is set to the voltage at which the control is e-. The switch 23 connects directly the output of the generator 3 to the second input of the phase detector 1. The generator 3 produces a signal whose frequency is lower than the lowest natural frequency of the product 6. The signal of the generator 3 is amplified by the power amplifier 4 and is fed to the input of the oscillator. The signal of the vibration sensor 7, proportional to the amplitude of oscillations, flows through the matching amplifier 8 to the first input of the phase detector 1, the output of which produces a signal proportional to the phase difference of the signals fed to the inputs of the phase detector 1. The polarity of the output voltage of the detector 1 depends on lagging or delaying the phase of the signal from oscillator 1 by the signal from the output of amplifier 8. A positive signal to the control input of the actuating element 2 results in. increase the signal at its output. The signal received at the control input of the actuator 2 is influenced by the signal from the output of the comparator unit 16, in which the signal of the amplitude detector 15 is compared with the reference one. The polarity of the signal at the output of block 15 is positive if the magnitude of the reference signal is greater. signal of the amplitude detector 15. The differential signal from the output of the block 16 is fed to the half-wave rectifier 17 and then to the input of element 2, causing an additional increase in the signal at its output. At the same time, the frequency of the signal from the generator 3 increases at a higher rate. The frequency sweep rate decreases near the frequency OZp (Fig. 2a), when the output of the rectifier 17 signal becomes equal to O. Subsequently, when approaching the frequency CjO (Fig. 2a), the phase shift between the signals arriving at the inputs of the phase detector is $ 1 pa 1. OKWIO resonant frequency (l), Koraa signal at the output phase detector 1 turns out to be less than the error signal that has been turned on, the phase converter 9 is in phase mismatch and the level of the logical position of the stick is to the trigger input of the counter 11 pulses. The signal to the output of counter 1 of pulses has been formed by passing through a fixed number of oscillation periods at the resonant frequency G}. The transition to the mode of operation at the next resonant frequency of the tested article b occurs after an interval of time necessary to measure the value of the previous frequency. The required time-delay is introduced by block 12 Zaderhski. When a logical unit appears, the output of the delay unit 12 at the output of the trigger 13 also sets to one. As a result, a pulse of positive polarity appears at the output of the pulse driver 14, which is applied to the control input of the actuator 2 and provides a rapid increase in the frequency of the signal of the controlled pump 3. At the same time, the signal of the logical unit sets one at the output of the second logic unit 18. As a result the intermediate stage 24 is switched and the controlled switch 23 connects to the second input of the phase detector 1 the output of the inverter 25. The device begins the process of frequency autotuning, which is for a frequency response object shown in FIG. 2a, is terminated at the resonance clock. At the same time, the passage time I11 of the frequency range C01-Ы, which is characterized by small amplitudes of oscillations of the test product 6, will be shortened by applying a signal from the output of the half-wave rectifier 17 to the input of the actuating element 2. If the test object has a frequency characteristic shown in FIG. 26, then when the device reaches the frequency (), the input of the executive element 2 from the output of the rectifier 17 begins to receive a positive signal, which leads to an increase in the rate of change of the frequency of the controlled oscillator 3. After the frequency wj 26) at the output of the phase detector 1. a negative polarity signal appears, which in the absence of positive pop signals from the output of the rectifier 17 would cause a decrease in the frequency of the test signal. The negative polarity signal at the output of the phase detector 1 is converted by the trigger 19 of the character to a logical zero, and the signal of the positive polarity from the output of the comparison unit 16 is converted by the trigger 20 into a logical unit. These output signals trigger, ditch 19 and 20 characters set at the output of block 21 of the ban logical unit, which, together with the logical unit from the output of the trigger 13 leads to the appearance at the output of block 22 of the ban logical zero. As a result, a voltage is established at the output of the cascade 24, at which the switch 23 connects the second input of the phase detector 1 to the output of the generator 3. At the same time, a trigger 13 is set to zero from the output of the prohibition block 21. Therefore, the subsequent change in the polarity of the output voltage of the phase detector 1, which leads to a change in the output of the trigger 19 of the sign and the prohibition unit 21, does not cause a change in the logical zero at the output of the prohibition unit 22. The frequency sweep rate of the signal decreases near the frequency 6), (Fig. 26), when the output signal 17 at the output becomes equal to O. In the future, the adjustment process continues as described above. The use of the invention shortens the time of vibration tests of products due to an increase in the sweep speed of the generator frequency in the frequency range characterized by low (pre-resonant) alarms of the oscillation amplitudes of the product.
