11 The invention relates to the oil and fat industry, namely to plants for dill of miscella in the production of vegetable oils. A known distillation unit, comprising two miscello heaters with evaporators, communicated with their lower part, a mass exchange column with a condenser and a C 1 vacuum pump. The disadvantages of this installation are that fresh steam is used to heat the miscello heater, thereby increasing energy consumption. In order to provide heating of the second miscello with steam coming out of the first hull, the latter maintains an elevated pressure and temperature, which is accompanied by a deterioration in the quality of the oil. Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a unit for distilling miscella, including a miscellaneous heater, a mass exchange column with a tangential nozzle for injecting a miscella, a condenser connected to the upper part of the mass exchange column, and sprinklers of highly concentrated miscella 12 3 However, in a well-known unit there is a deterioration in the quality of the oil due to prolonged heat treatment of miscella and large energy consumption. The aim of the invention is to reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of oil by reducing the duration of heat treatment of miscella. The goal is achieved in that the installation for distillation of miscella in the production of vegetable oil, including misallopodog, a mass exchange column with a tangential nozzle, a condenser, connected with the upper part of the mass transfer column, and sprinklers of highly concentrated miscella, equipped with a decanter, the entrance of which is connected to a barometer A condenser outlet pipe at the bottom, a decanter is connected at the bottom through the refrigerator to the upper part of the condenser, and at the part, the upper part of the column, with plates installed in the column, the sprinklers of the Highly concentrated miscella are located above the bottom of them and are connected by circulation pipes with a cube of a column and with a source of acute superheated steam. The installation is also equipped with a hot water pipe located in the miscella entry zone, a heater and a bubble exchange device fixed in a cube mass exchange for supplying hot air, connected to the heater, and connected to the bottom of the column via an oil line. In addition, the purpose-sealer is made shell-and-tube, with its annular space communicated with the cube of the column and the gauze mains of the heater. FIG. 1 shows the layout of the proposed installation, general view; FIG. 2, section A-A in FIG. 1. The installation includes a shell-and-tube miscelled heater 1, a mass exchange column 2 with a tangential pipe 3 for injecting miscella, a barometric condenser 4 with a booster separator 5 and a barometric tube 6, a decanter 7, a refrigerator 8, a bubbler 9 for mountain feeding; of which air, pump 10, heater 11, air filter 12. The mass exchange column 2 consists of an evaporation chamber 13, a reinforcing 1A and a depleting 15 parts and contains four external circulation pipes 16 that end with splashing machines 1. A strengthening The masking and exhausting 15 suits of the mass-exchange column 2 are equipped with barbatical contact plates 1b, for example, scaled with overflow devices 19. The bottom plate 20 is perforated and does not have a drain pipe. The installation works as follows. The miscell from the collector (not shown) enters the tubular space of the miscellaneous heater 1. Under the action of the heat of the finished oil coming from the mass exchange column 2, the miscella boils, forming a vapor-liquid emulsion, which, due to the lifting force of vapor bubbles and the discharge in the mass exchange column 2, at high speed enters the evaporation chamber 13 through the tangential nozzle 3. This creates a turbulence and spraying of the emulsion jet, which, once released into the atmosphere with reduced pressure, rapidly evaporates the solvent, after which the concentrated miscella flows through the overflow devices 19 from the plate to the plate of the exhausting part 15 of the mass transfer column 2, where the solvent is further removed from it. In order to avoid oil flooding during final processing, the mass exchange column 2 is heated by sharp superheated water vapor supplied through nozzles 21 from the source of this steam to the lower parts of the circulation pipes 16, in which highly concentrated micelles circulate. A niscella, ejected through the sprinklers 17 into the area of reduced pressure, forms a mist from which the residue of gasoline evaporates. Rising along the mass transfer column 2, the superheated steam gives off its heat to the liquid and goes to the saturation region, which is also possible for the high water that flows into the input zone of the miscella through the nozzle 22, thus achieving the best use of the heat of heating steam and reducing its consumption. The amount of hot water and superheated steam is regulated according to the temperature of the vapor in the zone of miscella injection, which should be equal to the dew point of water at the pressure created in the column. A further process of solvent distillation takes place in an atmosphere of saturated water vapor, which eliminates the flow of oxidative processes and improves the quality of the finished product. Vapor, solvent and water, rising upward along the column, are bubbled through the miscella layer, freeing it from the solvent. The oil freed from the solvent. Through the lower plate 22 flows into the cube 23 of the mass transfer column 2 enters via the trunk 2 into the annular space of the miscellaneous heater 1, transfers heat to the miscella and comes out of the installation through the highway. The heater 11 has an oil line 26. In the reinforcing part of the 1st mass transfer column 2, 554 drops of miscella and volatile oil from the evaporation chamber 13 are removed, and the solvent is concentrated. Water and solvent vapors from the mass transfer column 2 are discharged into a barometric condenser, which creates 0.015-0.020 MPa in its upper discharge, and water and solvent condensate through barometric tube 6 enters the decanter 7, where it is divided into two layers: the upper one - the solvent , bottom - water. A certain amount of solvent from the upper layer in the form of reflux through tube 27 is returned to the mass transfer column 2 due to the pressure drop. The reflux washes away the oil trapped on the upper plates with drops and steam, and increases the solvent concentration, as a result of which the heat capacity of the vapors leaving the column decreases, which reduces the consumption of cooling water for their condensation. The bottom - water layer from the decanter 7, having passed through the refrigerator 8, returns to the barometric condenser via pump 28 via line 28 for reapplication. For the final removal of the solvent from the oil, it is blown with hot air, which is supplied. em to the bubbler 9 through the heater 11, the air filter 12 and the adjusting valve 29. The heater 11 is heated by the heat of the hot oil discharged through; oil line 2b from the cube of the column. The non-condensed gases and air are removed from the unit through the droplet separator 5. . The solvent selected during the distillation is discharged from the decanter 7 via communication 30 Excess water, (formed by decantantant by introducing 2 hot water into the mass exchange COLUMN, is removed from the communication installation 31. Using the proposed installation improves the quality of oil, reduces the consumption of steam and electricity for the distillation process, reduce the metal intensity of the installation.
