I. . 12 %eo f a: 1 The invention relates to methods for the biochemical treatment of waste water. There are known methods of biochemical purification, including the aeration of a mixture of wastewater with an active type, the father’s singing of activated sludge from purified water by sedimentation or flotation, regeneration of activated sludge, compaction of excess ipa, and mechanical or natural dehydration of osacan 1. However, the known methods do not allow combining a high cleaning effect with a high oxidative moistening of the structures (the amount of military industrial complex removed per 1 m5 of structure per day). A method of biochemical wastewater treatment is also known by aerating a mixture of wastewater with activated sludge, separating and regenerating active type by pressure flotation, and dewatering sludge 2, This method provides a high oxidative capacity of biological treatment facilities (up to 2-3 kg BHD / m-day due to an increase in cosine sludge in the aerotank of 10-12 g / l), however, the cleaning effect is significantly lower than the total biological one (MIC nonH.ji suspended solids in purified water up to Sp-100 mg / l) The disadvantage of this method is also high resistance ow The recovery of excess activated sludge (SOOlO cm / g and higher, therefore, a significant amount of deficient reagents (6 and 10% ferric chloride to lime, respectively) is required for its dehydration. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of wastewater treatment and improve the water yield of activated sludge. achieved by the fact that the regeneration of activated sludge is dried out by pressure flotation for 4090 minutes, the air consumption per kg of dry matter of acgavnogo sludge is 7-12 liters, the layer from the floated sludge is 20–50 cm thick, it is dehydrating To put the mixture of regenerated activated sludge into the sediment into the first settling tanks, before the mixture is subjected to aerobic stabilization for 5-10 days before driving. The method is carried out as follows. A mixture of wastewater and active ip is subjected to aeration, the sludge mixture from the aerotank is fed to the flotation cell. 96 is fed back to the recycled part of the clarified water, previously saturated with air under pressure in the pressure tank. In the flotation cell, the activated sludge is regressed, the goog is separated and purified. CTenejib regeneration of activated sludge and the degree of purification of waste water and the moisture content of activated sludge depending on it are regulated by changing the flotation times, air consumption per 1 kg of dry matter of activated sludge and a layer of floated sludge. Comparative data are presented in Table. 1. Example Vochemical treatment 1ke is subjected to wastewater at the mill with a capacity of 100 thousand m / day. The composition of the waste water entering aa biological biological facility / l :: biological oxygen demand (MIC) 2OO, chemical oxygen demand (COD) 300, suspended solids 15O, total nitrogen 50-60, ammonium nitrogen 2 0-3 O, surfactant substance (surfactant) 5-6. According to the conditions of descent into the reservoir, the degree of purification must correspond to a complete, biological: MIC complete .; purified vooy 15 mg / l, suspended substances 15 mg / l. I. The aeration in aeration tank with a dose of 4 g / l sludge, ash content of 0.25 and an average oxidation rate of 34.4 mg MIC total / g of ash-free sludge substance per hour will be 1.8 hours. According to the SNiP P-3 2-74 must be less than 2h. Therefore, for sewage treatment of the indicated composition, the dose of sludge in the aeration tank of more than 4 g / l should not be taken & In accordance with the required purification effect, 30% regeneration of sludge is required (Table 1). To implement it, we take the following parameters of the flotation process: flotation time 40 minutes, air flow rate 7 l / kg dry substances of active ip, rl of recycled water 20 % of the flow of sewage. It provides for mechanical dewatering of sediments on vacuum filters with ferric chloride and coke. The amount of reagents is taken in accordance with the specific co-absorption of activated sludge: 4.2 and 12%
