Description

FIELD: transport.

A device for transporting heavy-weight, heavy-weight cargoes is known, comprising support sleds and a frame 1 mounted on them with the possibility of longitudinal movement by means of a power cylinder.

The drawbacks of the device are low speed of movement and insufficient permeability.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for transporting tons of large-sized heavy goods, containing support sleds and mounted on them with the possibility of longitudinal movement through frame force, the support sleds are made of parts symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis, and the device is equipped with a load-carrying platform installed on the frame with the possibility of transverse movement by means of drives, and the second actuator cylinder of the longitudinal displacement of the frame, with both actuators connected s with the corresponding parts of the support sleigh.

In addition, the frame and the load-carrying platform are installed respectively on the supporting sleeves and on the frame by means of ball bearings.

The left hydraulic cylinder is engaged in retracting the shaft, which causes the frame 3 to move forward relative to the loaded fixed left part of the sled, i.e. in the direction of movement of the device. Thus, during the first cycle of operation, the frame is shifted forward by the pitch relative to the fixed part of the sled, and the right part of them is mixed forward by the pitch value relative to the frame. In this position, the device is ready for the second cycle of operation, in front of which the carrying platform 7 is moved to the extreme right position by hydraulic cylinders 12, unloading the left side of the sled and loading the right side. In the second cycle of operation, the left hydrocylinder is working to extend the rod, while the left side of the sled moves forward by the step size. The right hydraulic cylinder operates to retract the rod, while the frame is moved relative to the fixed right side of the sled by the amount of the rod. The device takes another step forward and is ready for the next step. Thus, in each cycle of operation, the device is moved by a step size, which allows it to significantly increase the speed of its movement.
