Description

The invention relates to medicine, and more specifically to orthopedic devices used in dentistry for fixing dentures and artificial teeth in the jaw bones with partial or complete defects of a number. A dental implant containing a pin, having a head made with a thread, and a conical root part 1 is known. However, as a result of mechanical loads on the implant when chewing, bone tissue is destroyed near the thread of the support rod, the implant is loose, and later rejected. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of fastening with the exception of natural rejection. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a dental implant containing a pin, having a head made with a thread and a conical root part, the head part of the pin is provided with a rigidly fixed ceramic sleeve, and the root part is made in the form of a corkscrew, the cone angle of which is 45 °, and the ratio of the height of the root part, the thread pitch and the depth of the thread to the diameter of the base of the cone are respectively 1.52-2.0; 0.27 and 0.23. The thread pitch of the corkscrew is selected as high as possible, namely, to ensure simultaneously fixing the implant in the bone bed of the tooth root and lower jawjfj 1pn screwing the pin 1 into the root 5, the lower base of the ceramic sleeve 4 fits tightly through the gum mucosa 7 to the upper edge of the root 5 and seals its inner cavity. The proposed implant, due to such a constructive implementation, ensures reliable attachment and prevents complications associated with infection of the root and injury of the mandible due to the lack of mucosal response to ceramics.
