Description
Применение фундамента обеспечивает эффективное гащение как горнзонтал1 пых, так и вертикальных колебаний и позвол ет снизить расход материалов на его возведение .The invention relates to the construction, d namely to the structures of foundations for equipment. A known foundation for equipment, including a concrete block, is placed in the ground 1. Closest to the invention is a foundation for equipment, including a pressure block and a wedge | 2. The disadvantages of the known foundations, Q are high materials consumption and low vibration damping efficiency. The aim of the invention is to reduce the material consumption of the foundation and increase the efficiency of vibration damping. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the 15th foundation, which includes the support block and the wedge spacer, the support block is provided with wedge guides, and the wedge with its beveled face faces directly to the ground. FIG. 1 shows the foundation with pore wedges whose height is less than the height of the support block, general view; in fig. 2 - the same, with spacer wedges, whose height is equal to the height of the support block; in fig. 3 - the same, with spacer wedges, the height of which is more than the height of the support block; in fig. 4 - section aa and pa of fig. 1.3. The equipment foundation includes a support block 1 and a spacer wedge 2 placed with the possibility of movement in guides 3 made on the lateral surfaces of the support block 1. The spacer wedges 2 contact with their beveled face with the surrounding ground. The lower ends of the wedges 2 can be located either above or below the base of the support block 1. The foundation is constructed as follows. Erect t support block 1, concreting it with the walls of the pit or in formwork, followed by backfilling and compaction of the soil around its side surfaces. Then, along the guides 3, made on the side surfaces of the support block 1, the wedge 2 is dipped to the design mark. At the same time, the guides 3 ensure that the wedges 2 fit snugly to the side surfaces of the block 1. Due to the scaled face facing the ground, the surrounding soil is compressed and the foundation is in good contact with the ground. This makes it possible to efficiently use the surrounding soil to enhance the horizontal and vertical oscillations of the support block 1. By varying the depth of the wedges 2, the dynamic characteristics of the foundation can be controlled, and when the wedges 2 are submerged below the support / block I, additional resistance is created to horizontal vibrations along the sole of the block 1 The use of the foundation provides effective enrichment of both horizontal and vertical vibrations and reduces the consumption of materials for its construction.
