A composition for cleaning a metal surface containing three sodium polyphosphate, sodium metasilicate, d u or trisodium phosphate, urea, surfactants neionygennoe ac tive substance, potassium salt of hydroxy ethylated alkyl esters of phosphoric acid, or ethanolamine salt of alkyl esters of phosphoric acid and soda ash Cl; . The closest to the technical essence of the invention is a means for washing and cleaning dishes containing calcium oxide hydrate, calcium oxide, sodium tripolyphosphate non-ionic surfactant and soda ash. For washing dishes use an aqueous solution of this tool C23. The disadvantage of the known means in f eтc is the low degree of cleaning of the solid surface. The aim of the invention is to increase the cleaning properties of the agent. This goal is achieved by the fact that a solid surface cleaning agent containing water, a surfactant, calcium oxide, sodium tripolyphosphate and soda ash, contains anionic surfactant as a surfactant and additionally contains sludge from the salt cleaning process from impurities of calcium, magnesium and sulphates, disodium phosphate to odorant, hydrophobic liquid and sodium sulfate in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Anionic surfactant agent substance 5-12 Calcium oxide, 12.5-26 Sodium sulfate 10-20 Disodium phosphate 10-15 Sodium tripolyphosphate 10-15 Sludge from the process of purification of sodium chloride from calcium, magnesium and sulfate impurities 7 / 5-15 Hydrophobicus 15 i-lfS liquid Calcined soda 10-20 Odorant 0.1–0.3 Water Up to 100 Sludge from the process of purifying table salt is produced in the production of chlorine and caustic soda by electrolysis of purified table salt. Calcium-magnesium sludge is obtained at the stage of purification of the raw brine from impurities of calcium and magnesium by the soda-alkali method. Crude brine, heated to 6070 ° C, enters the clarifier of the type Central Research Institute shk-z. . Chemical purification of brine is based on the precipitation of calcium salts with a solution of soda ash, soda, and magnesium salts with alkali according to the reactions:. NajCO j - CaCO + Mgl + 2NaOH - MgCoH + 2Na For complete precipitation of reagents. served in excess; Improvement in the formation of precipitation is achieved by the addition of brine coagulum hydrolyzed to acrylamide. The composition of calcium-magnesium sludge is as follows,%: Calcium carbonate. 62-69 Sodium Chloride 21-24 Hydroxide6.5-13 Sulfates are released during the evaporation of the brine to the crystal. tall, to obtain pure salt containing up to 0.2% sulfate. The purification of the mother liquor from the sulfates is carried out by precipitating them in the form of calcium sulfate, for which purpose a solution of calcium chloride, which contains magnesium chloride in its composition, is supplied to the mother liquor. NaoSO. + CaCl2 + 2EuO CaSO2IUO + + 2NaCl Na, SOx; + MgCl2 MgSO + 2NaCl Hydrolyzed polyacrylamide is added to the suspension in order to form the aggregated particles. The desulfurized brine is fed to the clarifier, and the sludge is deposited in the conical part of the sump. The composition of sludge sludge brine cleaning,%; Nahrium chloride 15-20 Magnesium sulfate - 3-8 Calcium sulfate 73-81 Prepare the formulation as follows. Ground Calcium Oxide: A mixer is loaded, which is provided with rotating blades and a lid. Then, the estimated amount of sludge is fed and mixed for about two hours (until the end of the lime slaking process). Then, soda ash, a hydrophobic liquid, a perfume are fed into the mixer and the mixture is stirred for 10-15 minutes, after which all dry ingredients (sodium disodium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium sulfate, surfactant) are added, stirring is continued for another 15-20 minutes. Then, the obtained mass produced at the filling machine.
When testing consumer properties of a tool, its cleaning ability is determined in comparison with a known agent. The determination of the cleaning ability is carried out on enamelled plates with a standard rice contaminant consisting of a mixture of fats, proteins, carbohydrates and pigment. Plates with a contaminant deposited on them are held in air for 10–12 h. Then they are baked in a thermostat at 250 ° C in those. 30 min. The cleaning ability is determined by special laboratory.
