Ввиду того, что максимальна напр женность магнитного пол воз- никает в зазорах, на торцовых поверхност х пластин скапливаетс большее количество железосодержащих частиц , чем на внутренних в отверстит : The invention relates to the enrichment of ceramic masses and can be used to extract ferrous inclusions from a ceramic slurry and a glaze slurry in the manufacture of porcelain and plywood products. A device for magnetic cleaning of a fine-ceramic suspension from ferrous inclusions, comprising a housing, magnetic cleaners made in the form of semiconductor ferrite magnets with steel bodies located around them, and a rod designed to periodically remove magnetic cleaners from the housing for removing iron and ferrous inclusions, extracted from the slurries fl The disadvantage of this device is low throughput due to the high resistance of the path for passing the suspension and, which leads to clogging of magnetic cleaners and magnetic and non-magnetic inclusions, as a result of which the device requires frequent disassembly to remove inclusions. In addition, the appearance of the application of ferrite magnets and their location inside the case of the structure of the device is complex and does not provide the possibility of washing with water. Closest to the invention is an electromagnetic filter, in which grating plates are used to increase the capacity, and the electric coil is located outside the housing. The removal of iron and ferrous inclusions in this filter is carried out by washing the lattice plates with water supplied instead of the material being cleaned, with preliminary disconnection of the electric coil C27. A disadvantage of the known device is the insufficient degree of cleaning of the lattice plates from iron impurities and restoration of the operating properties of the filter inducing the concentration of iron particles mainly in the gaps between the gratings on their end surfaces, i.e. in places difficult to access for washing and cleaning with water. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the cleaning process and restore the operational properties of the filter. The goal is achieved by the fact that an electro-magnetic filter containing a cylindrical case, outside of which an electromagnetic nozzle is placed, and inside a ferromagnetic nozzle, is made in the form of lattices installed along the height of the case at a distance from one another with holes, the centers of which lie on the axis the casing, a cleaning fluid supply pipe is inserted, the lower end of which is fixed in the opening of the upper plate, and the central opening of the lower plate is plugged. In this case, the holes of each plate are made with a diameter increasing downwards. When the filter is washed, this arrangement allows: forcing the cleaning medium into the gaps between the lattice plates and cleaning not only their vertical, but also end surfaces, on which, under the influence of magnetic field forces, most of the iron-containing particles collect and thereby increase the degree of purification lattice plates and fully restore in the shortest possible time operational properties of the electromagnetic filter without disassembling it. .In FIG. 1 shows a filter, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - node I in FIG. 1. The filter comprises a cylindrical case 1, outside of which an electrical 2 is placed, and inside - lattice plates 3 having a vertical, downwardly extending channel 4 and through holes 5. In the central hole of the upper lattice there is a reinforced b the supply of the cleaning agent, and the opening of the bottom plate is provided with a plug 7. The case has a loading 8 and a discharge 9 pipes. Iron and iron parts 10 are schematically represented in the gap at the ends of the grid plates (Fig. 3). Electromagnetic filter works as follows. When direct current is applied to the electric coil 2, the arising magnetic field closes through the lattice plates 3. The latter, magnetized, attract iron-containing particles 10 from the material being cleaned, such as ceramic slip or slurry glaze, flowing through the loading tube 8. Raise From the bottom upwards through the openings 5, the material to be cleaned fills the filter and is directed to the discharge pipe 9, and ferrous inclusions are deposited on the inner and end surfaces of the grid plates. Due to the fact that the maximum magnetic field strength arises in the gaps, a greater amount of iron-containing particles accumulate on the end surfaces of the plates than on the inner ones in the hole:
.To periodically remove the extracted iron and iron-containing particles 10, it is necessary to stop the supply of the material being cleaned to the filter, de-energize the electric coil 2 and apply pressure cleaned medium, e.g. water, to vertical channels 4, which are variable-section pipe annular slots in the gaps between the plates. Filling this pipe, the pillar of the cleaning medium, in places where the channels are widening, will partly rush into the gills and wash away the glandular inclusions on its way, but having reached the obstacle created by the plug 7, it will stop its translational movement and completely go through the annular slots into the gaps between plates, clearing their end surfaces, and stacking them into the holes, cleaning the inner surfaces of the lattice plates and entering the tube 8 for directing it to the sump. .
Making an electrically magnetic filter with such a system of forced cleaning of not only internal but also end surfaces of the grid plates reduces the cleaning time more than h & l times, increases the intercleaning period and fully restores the operating properties of the filter, which, in turn, improves the quality of clean ing and the products manufactured from it, an increase in labor productivity and an increase in the production culture.
The economic effect is 1.5 thousand rubles. per year for one electromagnetic filter, and taking into account losses from a marriage of porcelain mass 5, 5 thousand rubles.
