The invention relates to a device for the development of stony land used in land reclamation in the extraction of stones from the soil. A vibrating deep-ripper is known, which includes a rack, basic and additional working elements, a co-generator, a vibrator and a shock absorber. The downside of this deep-ripper is that the entire tooth is subject to vibration. Considering its large mass, a high power vibrator is required, which leads to increased energy consumption. In addition, the vibration from the ripper tooth is transmitted to the base machine, making it difficult for the operator to work. A deep ripper is also known, which contains a frame with teeth fixed on it and has vibrating actuators 2. The disadvantage of such a deep ripper is that the transmission of oscillatory movement only to the bit does not allow to achieve the desired effect. In addition, the complex design of the drive bit, and the fact that its lever mechanism, which is in the ground, leads to a decrease in the reliability of the unit. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the unit by simplifying its design and reducing vibration. The goal is achieved by the fact that each tooth is made in the form of an articulated two-link, one link of which is fixed on the frame, and the other is connected to the thrust vibrator, and the vibrodrive is made in the form of hydraulic vibrators. FIG. 1 shows the proposed vibratory deep-ripper, a side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 4 shows a section BB in FIG. 1. Vibrating-ripper-deep-ripper contains frame 1, teeth, consisting of mounting 2 and cutting 3 links. The mounting links 2 are mounted on the frame 1 by means of hydraulic cylinders 4 and t g 5. The mounting 2 and cutting 3 links of the tooth are connected by the front parts by means of hinges 6, and the back parts of the cutting links 3 are connected by means of levers 7 to the rods 8 of hydraulic vibrators 9 attached to gam 5. Vibrating deep-ripper-ripper works as follows. When the machine enters the plow, the vibrator actuates, and the cutting links 3 of the working body under the action of the rods 8 of the hydraulic vibrators 9 receive a reciprocating motion. During the movement of the tractor, the deep-ripper plunger is lowered and the cutting parts of the teeth are immersed in the soil at the required depth. When the teeth come into contact with the stones buried in the ground, the last ones move out of place due to the micro-blows of the vibrating teeth and then are relatively easily removed to the surface. At the end of the pen, the lifting of the deep-ripper rover is performed in the non-operating position. When entering the new pen, the described operations are repeated. The use of the proposed vibratory upropper for removing stones from the soil will provide a 32% reduction in the power of the vibrators compared to the existing uproaders; simplification of the lever mechanism, thus eliminating the need to deepen the vibration mechanism into the soil and, thus, eliminating its premature failure due to abrasive friction of soil particles.
