Это позвол ет сохранить двигатель целым при отказе предохранител и в случае переменной нагрузки, следовательно , экономический эффект от использовани выражаетс в стоимости сохраненного двигател .The invention relates to electrical engineering and is intended to protect 3-phase electric motors from operating on two phases in the event of a fuse failure. According to the main author. St. No. 851607 known device containing thyristors, connected by cathodes to the corresponding phases of the network after the power fuses of the electromotor. The anodes of the thyristors are connected to each other and connected to an artificial zero point formed by the diodes through the block contact of the magnetic actuator of the electric motor and the relay coil. In this case, the anodes of the diodes are connected with the corresponding phases of the network to the power fuses. The control electrode of each of the thyristors is connected to the corresponding phase of the network through a resistor and a diode to the power fuse. An open relay contact is included in the coil control circuit of a magnetic motor starter in series with the interlock contact of the start button 1. However, the known device for protecting a 3-phase electric motor from non-full-phase modes is applicable to motors operating with a constant load on the shaft, as the voltage at the terminals of the blown fuse varies and, therefore, the magnitude of the control pulse applied to the thyristor may not be sufficient to eopen, and disabling of the engine is not performed. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device by stabilizing the magnitude of the thyristor control voltage. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for protection of a three-phase electric motor against non-full-phase modes is additionally equipped with voltage amplitude limiters according to the number of phases, each of which is connected between the control electrode and the thyristor-cathode. FIG. 1 shows the scheme of the described device; in fig. 2 - graphs that show how the scheme works. The device contains thyristors 1, with, connected by cathodes to the corresponding phases of the network after the power fuses 2 of the electric motor. The anodes of thyristors 1 are connected together and connected to an artificial zero point formed by diodes 3 through a block contact 4 of a magnetic motor actuator and a winding of a relay organ 5. At the same time, the anodes of diodes 3 are connected to the corresponding phases of the network up to fuses 2. The control electrode of each of the thyristors 1 is connected to the corresponding phase of the network through the resistor 6 and the diode 7 to the power fuse 2. Between the control electrode and the cathode of each thyristor, there is an amplitude voltage limiter on top of 8, as A product of which, for example, a zener diode can be used. The opening contact 9 of the relay 5 is included in the control circuit of the coil 10 of the magnetic motor starter in series with the interlock contact 11 of the start button 12. The diodes 7 connected to each phase function as a one-half-wave rectifier, the load of which is a resistor 6 nr-p- a junction adjacent to the thyristor cathode 1. Whole fuses 2 shunt, full-wave rectifier input resulting in the thyristors being closed. The device works as follows. The button 12 is pressed, thereby supplying power to the coil of the magnetic actuator 10, which is turned on, thereby closing the locking contact 11, the contact 4 of the actuator and the power contacts 13 in the motor circuit that is started. Burning out the fuse insert of any of the fuses 2 causes the sequential chain of 6.7 pnp elements of the thyristors 1 to be transferred under voltage. This leads to the opening of the thyristor 1 and the triggering of the reacting organ 5, which opens its contact 9 in the circuit of the coil 10 of the magnetic starter. In this case, the power contacts 13 disconnect the motor from the network and the contacts 4 and 11 of the magnetic starter are opened, the relay 5 is de-energized. In normal operation of the device, switching off the electric motor is carried out using button 14. A change in the load on the motor shaft and the blown fuse in one of the phases leads to a change in the voltage amplitude at the input of the limiter 8 (Fig. 2, curves a and b), but the amplitude of the voltage the output of the limiter, i.e. between the control electrode and the cathode of the thyristor 1, remains unchanged (Fig. 2, curve C), which ensures the shutdown of the protected motor in this case as well. Thus, the additional introduction of amplitude voltage limiters on top of the number of phases increases the reliability of the protection, which in this case ensures the shutdown of electric motors operating not only with constant but also variable load on the shaft. This allows the engine to remain intact when the fuse fails and in the case of a variable load, therefore, the economic effect of use is expressed in the cost of the saved engine.
