This invention relates to a machine. structure, namely, air collectors for separating oil from compressed air. An air collector is known, which contains a housing with a tangentially connected inlet to it and located in the housing above the connecting point of the pipe oil separator with a lump nozzle and a perforated bottom C V The disadvantage of the known device is making the bottom flat, which leads to repeated capture of oil drops air entering the cleaning and impairs the separation of oil. The purpose of the invention is to improve the separation of the oil. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the air collector, which contains a body with a tangentially connected inlet pipe to it and an oil separator with a lump nozzle and a perforated bottom located above the connection point of the pipe, the bottom is curved and convex to the pipe. The drawing shows the air collector, section. The air collector includes a housing I with an inlet pipe 2 tangentially connected to it and an oil separator 3 with a lump nozzle k and a perforated bottom 5 located in the housing 1 above the connection point of the pipe 2. The bottom is curved and convex to the pipe 2. Above the oil separator 3, the air collector has an outlet pipe 6, the casing is made in the casing; it is provided with a drain pipe 8 at the bottom; the pipe is lowered below the nozzle 2. The air collector can be additionally equipped with an irrigation system 9 ki butter. Kuskov nozzle may be saddle-shaped, with openings, in the form of Raschig rings or have another shape with a well-developed surface. The air collector works as follows. Air is mixed with oil through the inlet 2 to the inside of the housing 1. An abrupt change in speed after the nozzle 2 causes the main part of the oil to separate, which is drained through the nozzle 7 and the air passes through the holes in the bottom 5 and a layer of the oil separator 3 which is wetted with oil in the lump nozzle 4, where, due to the action of surface tension, it transfers the nozzle C significant suit fine fraction of oil and vapor. The purified air exits through the nozzle 6, and additional oil is supplied through the irrigation system 9 to optimize the film thickness on the surface of the lump nozzle. Since the bottom has a curvilinear shape and is curved towards the inlet, the oil from the lump nozzle flows to the center of the bottom into tube 8. Drops of oil from the outer surface of the bottom also flow to the center on the outer surface of the tube where the air velocity is minimal. The application of the invention prevents the re-trapping of oil by air and thereby improves its separation.
