Description

Devices are known for sorting tsilpebs in the form of an inclined frame with the strings 1I drawn on it, and an oscillatory movement receiving tray.

The difference between an onsable device and the known ones is that several transverse rails are mounted above the inclined frame with vertical plates-stops arranged parallel and spontaneously above the strings through one string in a staggered order for turning the dBnush to the position parallel to the strings. The described device, in comparison with the known ones, facilitates the sorting of cylpebs and is more efficient.

The mass of balls and cylpeps, unloaded from the mills, goes to the grate 13, from which the cylpeps falls into the receiving tray 6, and the balls roll down along the guide tray 14 into the container.

During the oscillatory movements of the receiving tray 6, the cilpebes are shifted to the strings 3 and, when they hit the vertical plunger 16, they occupy a position parallel to the strings (in Fig. 3, various cilpebs ол polarisses are shown in dotted lines).

With further mixing along the strings, the cnpebs, having a diameter in diameter, smaller than the gap between the strings, fall between the strings, and the rest, sorted, rolls into the receiving container for a large cylinder.

Thus, it is necessary to sort out the cilpebs and separate it from the balls.
