The invention relates to instrumentation and is intended for high-altitude measurement of the level of liquid in fuel tanks, oil storage tanks, fuel tanks, for monitoring the status of liquid in various tests and laboratory tests. On the main auth, sv. 337653, a device for determining the liquid level is known, which contains plates with a scale, along the longitudinal axis of which, against each scale division, there is a hole, the optimum diameter of which is chosen in accordance with the plate material and the properties of the measured liquid l. The disadvantages of the known device are the limited range of measurements and the impossibility of measuring with high accuracy large differences in the levels of liquids. The aim of the invention is to expand the measurement range while maintaining accuracy. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with a float, spaced on a plate with holes, and a scale that can be moved along the plate, a pre-hulling plate is installed on the float with holes located on inclined lines, the projection length and the distance between the centers the nearest holes to the longitudinal axis of the plate do not exceed the sum of these radii of the holes, and the length of the projections of the inclined right-side additional plate to its longitudinal axis is a multiple of the distance between the holes of the main plate, while the bottom end part of the main plate is provided with a protrusion. The drawing shows a device for determining the level of a liquid, a general view. A device for determining the level of the liquid in the tank 1 is formed from the primary 2 and additional 3 plates and the float 4. Along the longitudinal center line 5 of the plate 2 there are holes 6, the dimensions of which are chosen based on the properties of the liquid and the specified accuracy of control. There are numerals 7 against each hole. The main plate 2 is a guide for the float 4 partially or completely immersed in a liquid and rigidly connected to an additional plate 3, the longitudinal axis of which is installed parallel to the plane of the main plate 2. On the additional plate 3 there are holes 8, located on inclined straight lines 9 in such a way that the projections of the distance between the centers of the nearest holes 8 to the longitudinal axis of the additional plate, having a digital scale 10, do not exceed radii-program these holes. The angle of inclination of the straight 9 to the surface of the liquid, as well as the diameter of the holes 8, is chosen based on the accuracy of the level control. The length of the gap O between the holes 6 on the main plate 2 is chosen to be a multiple of the length of the projections in the inclined right 9 additional plate 3 on its longitudinal axis (in the drawing g -2 b). The additional plate 3 is rigidly connected to the float 4 in such a way that the length of its part immersed in the controlled liquid is chosen greater than the length of the gap Q by an amount smaller than the projection value b, i.e. . The magnitude of the projection b is chosen on the basis of taking into account the density and temperature range of measurement of the monitored liquid during operation so that the entire range of changes in the density of the liquid under the influence of temperature or other factors is included in the value of b. Oi; kn end part of the main plate 2, Ie its lower section is provided with a flat and minimal thickness horizontal surface 11, which is intended for vertical installation of plate 2 in container 1 at the control, level, and also for gripping the base of plate 3 or float 4 when removing the device for determining the level from container 1. Device for determining The level of fluid works as follows. When the device consisting of plates 2 and 3 and the float 4 is immersed in the tank 1 with controlled liquid, the main plate 2 is lowered into the bottom tank 1 and is installed there vertically due to the horizontal surface 11. During the process of immersing the device the float 4 moves along the plate 2, which is a guide for it: but all the time it is at the same distance from the surface of the liquid (either on the surface or immersed in the liquid), and the additional plate 3, rigidly connected to the float 4, is partially immersed in dkost in magnitude. When plates 2 and 3 are immersed in the container C with liquid 1, their openings 6 and 8 are filled with the liquid to be examined. When the device is removed from the container 1, the main plate 2 first rises (the position of the float 4 and the plate 3 remain unchanged), which moves. This position will be until the horizontal surface 11 of the plate 2 reaches the base of the float 4 or the additional plate 3. From this moment, together with the main plate 2, the additional plate 3 and the float 4 are removed from the container. When the device is completely removed from the container 1 The holes b and 8, respectively, of the main 2 and additional 3 plates, which were immersed in the liquid, remain covered with clearly visible films and differ sharply from the holes 6 and 8 that were when the device was dipped above ur metering the liquid to ext. The reading of the liquid level is performed using the numbers 7 and 10 and divisions on the axis along the extreme upper holes 6 and 8, covered with a film of liquid. First, the level of the liquid is roughly determined from the extreme upper hole of the base plate 2, covered with a film of liquid using the numbers 7 (in the drawing this corresponds to the darkened hole). To the obtained value, an additional value equal to the height of the liquid network column is added b holes, covered with a film of liquid, to the surface of the liquid in the tank 1, determined by an exact method using
пластины 3- по ее крайнему верхнему отверстию 8 зат нутому пленкой жидкости.holes 8 additional .. plates 3 - at its extreme top hole 8 tightened with a film of liquid.
By counting the number of oblique straight 9s, the orifices .8 of which are filled with a film of liquid, and comparing it with the gap a (d 2b,), determine the true magnification of the liquid column from the orifice b to the surface of the liquid. Sum of received
