The invention relates to painting equipment. A known device for painting products, including a supply and painting booths, a hydraulic filter with a receiving circuit 1. However, this device is not suitable for painting products having a considerable length, since the installation of conveyors of long length causes certain difficulties. In addition, paint particles fall onto the conveyor belt, contaminating the deflection rollers, which deteriorates the operating conditions of the installation. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a device for painting products, including an inlet chamber, a hydraulic filter, a receiving circuit connected to telescopic walls forming an air outlet channel communicating with the hydraulic filter air cleaning channel, and a drive for moving telescopic walls of the air outlet channel 2. However, the known device does not allow the supply of fresh air directly to the paint zone, which causes a general increase in e air flow. It is difficult to ensure satisfactory sanitary and hygienic conditions in the painting area. The purpose of the invention is to reduce air consumption and improve working conditions. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for painting products, including an inlet chamber, a hydrophilic p, a receiving circuit connected to telescopic walls forming an air outlet channel communicating with an air-washing channel, a hydraulic filter and a drive for moving telescopic walls of an air outlet channel, an inlet chamber equipped with telescopic walls fixed on its upper wall, forming a channel for supplying air to the painting zone and moving kinematically connected to the drive Telescopic offtake inbound channel walls. FIG. 1 shows a schematic of a mustache; a trio, a general view; in fig. 2-4 - the position of the walls of the air inlet and air outlet channels when painting products in different zones of the painting chamber. The device consists of a painting chamber 1 and a supply chamber 2, on a reign of which the telescopic walls 3 and 4 are hinged. The receiving circuit is designed as telescopic walls 5 mounted in the spot under the painting chamber, fixed in kronshteynah 6. Telescopic walls 5 have an intake rollers 7 mounted for movement along guides 8. Telescopic walls 3 and 4 are provided with rollers 9. Drive 10 is connected to telescopic walls 3-5 through the branches of the rope 11 and 12. The lower branch 11 through the block 13 is fixed It is located on the rotary wall 5 in the node 14, then through the block 15 and the blocks 16 and 17 is attached to the wall 3 in the node 18. The walls 3 and 4 are rigidly interconnected. The upper branch 12 through blocks 19 and 20 is attached to wall 4. Walls 3 and 4 can be rotated in trunks 21. Air is supplied to the inlet chamber through nozzle 22. The operation of the device is as follows. When the product is painted, the air through the pipe 22 is supplied to the inlet chamber 2 and through the channel formed by the telescopic walls 3 and 4, the air is supplied to the painting zone. Air is exhausted from the painting zone through the grilles in the chamber floor, guiding walls 23 and then through the air vent formed by the telescopic walls 5 to the hydraulic filter. When the painting zone changes, the drive 10 is turned on, performing through the branches 11 and 12 of the rope a synchronous rotation of the telescopic steioc 3-5. The supply and suction of air in other zones (Figs. 3, 4) is carried out similarly to that described above. The expected annual economic effect will be 6515 rubles.
