Description
(4 W ff The invention relates to mining industry and can be used in underground mining of multiple permafrost alluvial deposits of useful materials, in particular, in the clearing dredging of sand. Known scraper with cable traction made in the form of a bucket with side and rear walls, equipped with a side rope &; the edge and the frame, which, in order to scrape the material from the eyebrows to the scraper, the perforated track is equipped with a plow on the back side 11. However, such a scraper is characterized by low productivity due to the small width This leads to simple m caused by permutations of the end block for changing the scraping tracks. In addition, mounted on the back of the box, the Sh1rg is complicated in construction, which significantly reduces the reliability of the scraper. The rock between the moving wedges and the bottom of the bucket is compacted and causes jamming which leads to pols of fastening of plowshares at the working stroke of the scraper. The closest to the offer is a cable-type scraper including a bucket with side walls on which rotary looseners are installed and a working edge and a bottom, equipped with a cutting edge 2 The disadvantage of this device is the low productivity due to the sealing portion of minerals in the soil due otsutst VIA disintegrating guide means on the bottom of the ladle. The goal of the breaching process is to increase the productivity of the scraper by increasing the volume of cleaning, sands from one scraper path in the clearing face. The goal is achieved by the fact that a scraper with a rope draft, including a bucket with side walls on which rotary rippers with a working edge are installed, and a bottom equipped with a cutting edge, rotary rippers are mounted on the side walls by inclined axes, and their working edge is Schena below the cutting edge of the bottom of the bucket, made a sawtooth shape with a leading central protrusion. In addition, the bottom cutting edge is made with side projections extending beyond the dimensions of the bucket. FIG. 1 shows the scraper from the side, general view; Fig.2 shows the scraper, top view. The scraper contains a hull made in a video bucket consisting of two side walls 1, bottom 2, having a cutting edge reinforced with high-hard material and with a leading central protrusion 3 and side protrusions and overhanging for the dimensions of the bucket, rear wall 5 with an idle rope b, a transverse beam 7 with a trailing device of the working rope 8. On the side walls 1 of the scraper on the outside are installed in the lugs 9 inclined axes 10 on which rotary rippers 11 are mounted, made in the form of blades with reinforced rabochey.kromkoy 12 minutes, stroke limiters 11 and 13 ryhlitelej locking device 14. The cleaned sand scraper is carried out in three stages. The principle of operation of the device is as follows. When the scraper is idling, the scraper winch moves the scraper to the sands by means of an idle cable b, while the rotary rippers 11 are pressed against the side walls 1 and are kept from opening by locking devices 14 and in this position they loosen the rock mass along the line of action of the side ledges 4 of the bottom cutting edge bucket. At the working stroke of the scraper, the scraper winch with the working wire 8 moves the scraper in the opposite direction. The central protrusion 3, leading lateral protrusions 4, on which the main traction force of the winch concentrates, first comes into operation, as the lateral protrusions 4 remove the rock previously loosened during the reverse of the scraper, which effectively loads the scraper bucket across its width. During the forward movement of the bucket during loading and further transportation of the rock mass in connection with the application of pulling force to the transverse beam 7 fixed in the front upper part of the side walls 1, the bucket tilts forward slightly (due to rotation on the cutting edge of the bottom 2) and the rotary rippers 11 are raised above the working soil without interfering with the direct movement of the bucket. The exit of the side projections 4 of the cutting edge beyond the envelope width (operating along the line of rippers 11) allows cutting the side walls of the scraper path and thus preventing the bucket from rising on the side slopes of the scraper paths to expand the scraper path . After the scraper path has sunk into the bulk of the sand and the edges are formed, the rotary rippers 11 are released by the locking devices 14. When the scraper is idling, the rippers 11, abutting the rock, turn around the inclined axes 10 to the travel stops 13, while the lower edge of the rippers 11 falls below the plane bottom cutting edge
Having sunk into the edge, 11 are digging rock into the scraper path.
At the working stroke, the scraper cleans the rock shifted by the rippers 11 onto the scraper path. In this case, the rippers 11 are deflected by the mountain mass and occupy their original position, i.e. pressed against the side walls 1 of the bucket.
When cleaning sands at the bottom, one of the rippers 11 (opposite the face) is stopped by a locking device 14 to the side wall 1. In this case, when the scraper reverses, due to the asymmetry of the resistance to the movement of the bucket, the latter turns in the plane of the formation, thereby increasing the reach of the ripper 11 the width of the scraper path. This allows the ripper to copy
