Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to medical helminthology, and can be used for the treatment and profile of enterobiosis. There is a known method for treating enterobiosis by administering an anthelmintic drug Vankik at a dose of 5 mg / kg body weight 1 ... The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a method consisting in a single administration of combantrin at a dose of 10 mg of active substance per 1 kg of body weight 2. However, these methods are not. provide prevention of prevention and prevention of primary infection. So, after a single dose of the drug, about 90% of patients stop the excretion of pinworm eggs, and through weekly, frequent repeated infections (up to 61.5%) are observed. The aim of the invention is the prevention of reinvisions and the prevention of primary infection. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of treatment of enterobiosis by administering combantrin, the latter is administered in a dose equal to half the conventional one, and then after 12-14 days piperazine adipate is administered for two days 2 times a day, after which the administration of piperazine-adipinate is repeated 23 times with intervals of 12-14 days. The method is carried out as follows. Combinthrin administered once in a dose of 5 mg / day was administered to the infested pinworms. 12-14 days after the administration of the combantrin, piperazine-ad pinat is administered at the age dose prescribed by the instructions. Piperazine-adipate is administered 2 times a day for two days. Then, an enie of 2-3 of the same cycle of piperazine-a, pinata is administered, and the intervals between the indicated cycles are 12-14 days. Two days after the completion of the course of treatment, a control examination for enterobiasis was performed. For mass treatment in children's groups, epidemiological efficacy was taken into account in 4-6 weeks. PRI me R. With the planned rehabilitation of the garden in the younger groups. Twenty three children were examined three times, 12 infested with pinworms were found. Tablets of .combantrin are orally administered to all the children once a single dose of 125 mg, which corresponds to 5 mg of the active substance per 1 kg of the patient's weight. Two weeks later, a threefold examination of all children for enterobiasis was performed. There were no invaded irydi. Then, all patients were injected with pip raein-adipate 0.5 g twice a day. Also repeated cycles of piperazine-adipate administration were carried out. During follow-up examination two weeks after the completion of the course of treatment and prevention of infested children, it was not revealed. To account for the epidemiological effectiveness of the method, an additional triple follow-up examination was conducted six weeks after the completion of the course of treatment. Those invaded among those who received a course of treatment were not identified. In parallel, treatment with combantrin was carried out by a known method in another group of children 3-4 years old. 30 children were examined, 12 were infected (40.0% K) A combinator was prescribed to all children at a dose of 12.5 mg. Om 1 ontrol after 2 weeks, infested among children. was not detected. At a six-week examination, 5 cases of re-invasions from 12 Invasions and one case of primary infection were found among the patients who received the drug. and piperazine, zipinata), of which the first It provides high clinical efficacy: once administered, and the second is the prevention of re-invasions as well as the prevention of primary infections among those associated with the cyclical nature of the drug for 6-8 weeks along with sanitary and hygiene measures character provides a high efficiency of the proposed method. Reducing the dose of combantrin twice provides the same therapeutic effect as the conventional one. Reducing the dose of combantrin while maintaining its effectiveness provides a smaller load on the body of the preparation infested with the screen by 2 times, which is of great importance when conducting mass treatment in organized children's groups. Subsequent administration of piperazine adipate 12–14 days after administration of the combantrin allows for the removal of invasive immature pinworms from the intestine, infection of which could occur in connection with massive secretions of eggs in the first days: after taking xmbantrin. The introduction of piperazine adipinate at this time provides a warning of rein in Asia, as well as primary infections among those who communicate. . The proposed method can be used in the practice of combating enterobio
